My name is Biodun Ogunyemi and I’m the creator of Slim Quest System. Slim Quest System consists of four sessions, and in this first session I’m going to be explaining to you the process of Slim Quest System that can allow you to have the body that you want. You see when you think about losing weight, losing weight is a process and when you consider it right now you already know how to lose weight. In other words, when you think about losing weight, most people at some point in their life have been on a diet. By going on a diet, you restrict your calories which means if you cut down on your calories, you end up losing weight. The challenge is when you start eating normal again you end up putting all the weight back on and more. Really it’s not your fault because most people will know how to lose weight back on the diet.
But let’s consider this for a moment. If you already know what to do and you’ve been doing it for so many years, then ask yourself one question: Why is it not working? The reason it’s not working is because 99% of diet simply don’t work. If you consider all the diet programs that you’ve been on in the past, most of these programs rely on you coming back time and time again because if you’re not on the diet, you end up putting the weight back on. When you consider all the people out there that are happy with their shape, happy with their body, are at the right weight that they want to be, these are the people you should be speaking to. You see, they’re not on diets. You see, you need to change on the inside first. You need to change your mind set. You need to start changing your relationship with food. You need to change your long term habits and your behaviours.
The next question is how do you do that? You see, because if you already knew how to do that, then you will do that. You see, when you consider hypnosis, hypnosis is about focusing your attention on the particular issue so that you focus your attention on the particular issue so that you no longer have that issue. Most people each and every day enter a state of trance. One of the states for hypnosis as a state of trance is not the only one but it’s one of them. By using the trance state, people go into natural trance state each and every day. Natural trance state consists of times that somebody could be sitting in the traffic lights. The traffic lights change and the person’s still sitting there. Or possibly you’re in a lift and it’s not your fault but the doors open and you step up or you’re engrossed in a book, you’re reading a book. Somebody shouts your name and you’re not even aware of them. Alternatively you’re watching a film and you’re so engrossed in the film that you’re not aware of what’s going on around you. These are all natural trance states. In other words, your focus of attention is somewhere else. Certain things are outside your conscious awareness at that time because you’re so focused. People access these states all day long. You see, if you can daydream, then you can access a state of trance. If you go to sleep at night, you pass through a trance state. If you wake up in the morning, you pass through a trance state.
Now there’s a part of you that controls all your long term habits, all your behaviours. You see, consciously as you listen to me right now, you have a conscious mind and that’s the part of you that is logical. That’s the part of you that is responsible for reasoning. That’s the part that you use to make decisions in everyday life. But then there’s another part of you, the unconscious mind which is the part that controls your emotions, controls your long term habits and your behaviours. You see, you don’t decide to wake up one morning and all of a sudden feel good. That part of you that controls your emotions, controls your long term habits and behaviours is much more powerful than the conscious part of you. So if you imagine that your conscious mind is the captain of the ship and your unconscious mind is the crew, the ship being your body. As long as the captain, in other words the conscious mind, keeps on giving the right instructions to the crew, the unconscious mind, then everything’s fine. As soon as there’s a conflict, then it becomes an issue. You see, the captain cannot run that ship all by himself.
You see as you go on this journey each and every day, I want you to ask yourself one question. Losing weight. What will losing weight do for you? In other words, what difference is it going to make to your life? You see, a lot of people consider that it’s all about the numbers on the scales or the clothes they’re going to fit into. But I’d like you to ask yourself the question: what’s that going to do for you? You see, for most people it’s going to make them feel more confident. It’s going to make them feel better about themselves. It’s going to boost their self-esteem. Possibly it’s going to increase their health levels. You see, it’s all about feeling good because the weight itself doesn’t really mean anything. It’s time to consider this actual goal that you want to achieve and know that it’s about change in your shape, change in your body so that you can feel good about yourself so that you can feel more confident so that you can increase your levels of motivation to do the things that you want to do. It’s all about feeling better about yourself.
Now I know that most people at some point have gone on a journey. You see, if I consider going somewhere, for example if I was travelling on an airplane somewhere or a train, then I know I’ve got to start my journey somewhere and I know I’ve got to end my journey somewhere. Now when you consider this journey that you’re on right now, the first thing that you need to consider is you need to know where you are today. You need to know where you’re starting off from. So in other words you need to know what weight you are just now or a representation of yourself right now. The next thing you need to know is you need to know where you’re going. You need to know what you want to achieve. I want you to consider it carefully. Consider what you want to achieve and take a sheet of paper. Write down where you are today. In other words, what weight you are, what size you are. Whatever description you want to write down. And then I want you to write where you’re going to be when you achieve this goal. In other words, whether it’s your weight, whether it’s a dress size. Whatever comes to mind I want you to write it down. You see, because you need to know where you’re going and most people don’t even know where they’re going. If you take a hundred people on the street and ask them if they want to lose weight, most of them will say yes.
So I’d like you to consider what you actually want out of this process. I’d like you to consider what difference it would make to your life. As you write down the differences it would make to your life, as you write down what you want to achieve, the next thing I’d like you to write down is I’d like you to write down what date comes to mind. In other words, when do you want to achieve this by? The important thing about the timeline is putting this date on it is to allow you to focus your mind. As you focus your mind, you can start to measure how close you’re getting to that goal. As long as each and every day you feel good as you move towards that goal, you think about the goal and you feel good, think about the goal and you feel good, then you keep on creating that desire to move towards that goal.
So go ahead and just take the time to do that now and I’ll play some music in the background.
So now that you know exactly where you are right now you’ve written down your goal, you’ve written down where you’re starting from and you’ve got a time scale on that piece of paper, the other thing to start considering is your emotions. What I’d like you to do is to start to write down every single thing that you put into your mouth. This is for the conscious part of your mind so that you can look back over the weeks as we go through this process as you begin to change. You start to look back. You start to recognize how your written habits are changing. You start to recognize all the things that you’re no longer eating, all the things that you’re cutting out completely. It can happen automatically. So it’s important that you start to write down what you have for breakfast, and if you’re not having breakfast, start having breakfast because your body needs breakfast. If you’ve not eaten for six to seven, eight hours before that, then it’s time to break that fast and have a breakfast. You see, by not eating anything or by keeping yourself hungry, all you’re doing is slowing down your metabolism. So it’s time to eat when you’re hungry. It’s time to eat smaller portions so you can start to speed up that metabolism.
As you’re writing down every single thing that you’re putting into your mouth, but more importantly writing down how you feel, what’s going on with your emotions. In other words are you eating because you’re stressed? Are you eating because you’re tired? Are you eating because you’re angry, because you’re sad? Because you’re bored? You’re eating because you’re out with friends because you’re socializing? I want you to write down and start to notice what’s going on in your emotions so that you can figure out of all the things you’ve written down when you’re actually hungry.
You see most people that are at the right weight, most people that are happy with their body, they have a different relationship with food. In other words, they don’t diet. They eat what they want when they want. It’s just that a lot of the time they eat things in moderation. The first thing I’d like you to do right now is just completely cut out the word diet from your vocabulary. You see, every single time you tell people you’re on a diet, you create what you call conscious resistance. In other words, you know for the last ten, fifteen, maybe five, maybe twenty years that diets haven’t worked. So every time you tell yourself that you’re going on another diet, you automatically know that it’s not going to work. You see, because if it had worked, then you wouldn’t be listening to me. So it’s time to get rid of that word diet. You can let all the people out there that want to be on a diet to carry on with their diets. Carry on spending their money on all these diets.
The next thing I’d like you to which is simple is to drink more water to rehydrate your body so that you can start to test whether you’re hungry or whether you’re thirsty. You see, eating food is for energy. I want you to consider the last time you were actually hungry. I want you to consider the last time you had something to eat. When you consider that time, I want you to ask yourself what was your reason for eating that food. Were you hungry or were you just stressed? Were you bored? Were you tired?
Because most people eat when they’re emotional. Most people eat when they’re tired, bored, stressed or when these things are going on. It’s time to start considering that the time that you should be eating is when you’re hungry. I’m sure there are so many people that haven’t had that hunger coming up for probably years. Eating nowadays is all about socializing. You see, the way the brain works is by association. So you start to create times and places that you’ve done something and you’ve enjoyed it such as eating food. You start to associate that to enjoying yourself so that whenever you want to feel better about yourself, you turn to food. Some people automatically put the kettle on, make a cup of tea, and before the kettle’s boiled, they reach in for the biscuits. In other words, it’s an automatic behavior. You find yourself doing it without even thinking about it. It’s time to take that step back. See yourself about to do that behaviour so that you can feel different about it. You see, when you feel different about stuffing yourself with all the things you shouldn’t be eating, then it allows you to break that pattern. It allows you to stop so that you can break that habit completely.
You see, it’s time to consider how you can feel different about the things you eat at the moment. One of the important things is you start slowing down your eating. If you’re eating in front of the television, you start to cut that out. If you’re reading at the same time as you’re eating, you can cut that out. You see, one of the most important things is you concentrate on the food that’s in front of you. Just sit down to eat the food and then you concentrate on it. You slow down your eating and you start to consider how much of that you can leave on the plate. You see, over time we’ve been conditioned as we were being brought up to finish all the food on our plate because every time that we finish our food on the plate, we got a pat on the back and we were told how good we were because we finished all our food.
I’d like you to consider this. If you’re finishing all the food on your plate, who’s deciding how much food that you’re eating? So in other words, is it the person that’s making it? Is that chef or is that whoever cooks in the house? When you consider children, most of the time you hear parents saying to their children, “You need to finish all the food in your plate. You need to finish your dinner. Now if you don’t finish your dinner, you’re not having any dessert.” In other words, you’re not having any ice cream. Then you hear the child saying, “Well, I’m full.” Of course their answer is “Well, if you’re full, you can’t have any ice cream.” So then what happens is the child ends up forcing themselves to eat the rest of the food so they can then have ice cream. So not only are they full but now you stuff ice cream down their throat as well. You see, it’s time to consider things differently. You can start to slow down your eating. Start to focus on what you’re eating so that whenever you’ve got anything in front of you, you can start to ask yourself, “What is this going to do for me?” So any food you’ve got in front of you you can ask yourself, “What’s this going to do for me?” Because often we’re on an automatic behaviour where we just start eating. We don’t consider the food. We just start putting it in our mouth and eating it. This could be a result of the unconscious mind trying to make us feel comfortable. Maybe if you’re stressed and you use food as a comfort or if you’re tired, bored, angry.
You see, a lot of the time it’s to do with emotions. It’s nothing to do with being hungry. It’s time to just consider all of these particular emotions that are going on and how you can feel different. You see whenever you find yourself in a behaviour that you don’t want, for example you find yourself eating certain things that you don’t want to eat. I want you to imagine that you’re standing in front of a mirror, a full-length mirror, and imagine you’re standing on a set of scales looking at that mirror so you can see your body. I want you to scan your body all the way down and then all the way back up. As you look at yourself in the mirror with that particular piece of food that you’re about to eat, holding it in your hand, whether it’s cakes, biscuits, or whatever it is, glance down at the scales. See what the number says. Glance back at the mirror. See yourself completely naked. Make sure you notice everything that you need to notice as you scan your body all the way down and then all the way back up holding whatever you’re holding in your hand. And then see how you feel about it. You see, if you do that and you still want to eat it, then that’s fine. You can eat it. Then you don’t need to feel guilty about it. You see, it’s time to consider that food is really for energy. It’s time to consider that the people that are the weight that they want to be have a completely different relationship with food. They treat food differently. You might see them eating biscuits. The difference is they don’t eat packets of biscuits.
One of the things most people talk about is losing weight. When you talk about losing weight or you talk about losing anything, for example take the example of losing your watch, the first thing you do is you go and look for it. The unconscious mind, when you talk about losing weight, where does the weight go? So when you lose that weight and all of a sudden you start feeling uncomfortable with yourself, you start feeling your stress levels going up, the unconscious mind is there to make you feel comfortable. So all it does is it goes along and finds that weight again so you gain all that weight back. And that’s why when people start to eat regularly again as they come off the diet, they start to put more weight on. In fact, they end up putting more weight on than they previously weighed. That process of changing on the outside is exactly what happens. You just change on the outside. The change really needs to take place on the inside because when it takes place on the inside, your whole relationship, everything changes. And the weight stays off and never goes back on. I’m sure many of you have seen people where they’ve just changed. They’ve decided enough is enough. They’ve changed and all of a sudden, that weight starts to drop off.
One of the interesting things is a lot of people say to me, “As soon as I lose this weight, I can’t wait because I’m going to feel more confident. When I lose this weight, I’m going to feel better. When I lose this weight, I’m going to feel healthy. When I lose this weight, my self-esteem levels are going to go through the roof.” I’m sorry to tell you that that’s not true. You see, your confidence is already inside you right now. Your self-esteem levels are already inside you so that if you’re confident already, then as your body changes you become more confident. You see, you need to feel good now, knowing that you’re going to achieve that goal. Knowing that things are about to change. Knowing that it’s more important that you achieve this goal. What’s your desire to achieve this goal? In other words, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, what’s your desire? Do you believe that you can achieve this goal that you’ve written down? When you close your eyes and imagine yourself achieving this goal, do you actually believe it? You see, you need to believe it. You need to have abundant desire to achieve this goal so that everything falls into place. It reminds me of the story of the young man that went up to his master and asked him, “I’d like you to tell me the meaning of truth.” The master looked at him and said, “Well, just consider that.” As the young man searched around for the meaning of truth, a few days later he went back up to his master and says, “You know, I’d like you to tell me the meaning of truth.” And the master said, “You now, just keep on considering it. If you consider it often, you’ll find it.” The young man of course was slightly confused, but anyway he just went about his daily chores until one day the master was walking along the path. The young man with him. They walked down to a stream. As they walked down to the stream, they waded into the stream and the master pulled the young man and put his head under the water and held on to the water. Of course the young man started to struggle because he couldn’t breathe. As he struggled, he then thought to himself, “Wait a minute. Maybe he’s trying to allow me to find the meaning of truth” so he stopped struggling. A minute past and his head was still under the water and he was gasping for air and he couldn’t hold on any longer so he kicked the master and the master pulled him up. As the master pulled him up, he just walked away. Didn’t say a word. Of course the young man was shocked by this and really confused and couldn’t understand what was happening as he made his way back home. The master never said a word to him.
A few days past, the master was the first to speak, and he said to him, “How do you feel?” The young man said, “Well, really confused and I don’t know what’s going because I could have died.” The master said, “When I held your head under the water, what did you desire?” The young man said, “Well, I desire to find the meaning of truth.” He said, “When I held your head under the water and you couldn’t breathe, what did you desire the most?” The young man said, “Well, I desired a breath of fresh air.” The master says, “Yes, that’s right. So when you desire to find the meaning of truth as much as you desire that breath of fresh air, then you’ll find the meaning of truth.”
You see, I’d like to ask that important question. Just ask yourself how much desire have you got to change your shape? How much desire have you got right now to change your body? How much desire have you got to be more confident? To feel healthier? Because there’s nothing that can stop you from achieving this goal other than yourself. It’s important that you consider that right now because otherwise if you don’t believe that you can achieve it, then you’re absolutely right. Henry Ford said, “If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you can’t.” There’s no doubt that consciously you’ve tried to solve this particular issue time and time again. The interesting thing that Einstein says is “The same level of thinking that caused the problem cannot be used to solve the problem.” You see, you need a different level of thinking. You need to have abundant desire to achieve this goal, otherwise the particular things that are causing the issue such as the cake, biscuits, and all the things you keep putting into your body that you know you shouldn’t be and you can’t stop yourself from doing that, you find that you continue to do that. You see, how many times when you look in that mirror and you feel negative about your body? How many times do you see any food around? You see, the food’s not usually there because every time you look at that body and you pass by that mirror and you look at yourself and you feel negative about yourself so you attach all the negative feeling and the negative associations to yourself. It’s never attached to the cake and the biscuits, the alcohol that you’re drinking. It’s never attached to that because when you think about going out, you think about drinking alcohol, you think about how you’re going to have such a great time and how alcohol makes you feel good and about all the socializing. These are all associations because the way the mind works is by association, so you attach the feelings of goodness to the alcohol. People attach relaxation to smoking cigarettes. Relieving stress to having a cigarette. It doesn’t happen.
You see, you don’t walk into the shop and say, “Can I have some relaxation cigarettes please?” If cigarettes made you relaxed, they prescribe on [0:32:41.4 inaudible] and it doesn’t happen. So it’s really time to consider what is your level of desire to achieve this goal? How much do you want to achieve this goal? When you answer that question, you believe that you can actually achieve the goal that you’ve set. Whether that goal needs to change, whether you need to adjust this slightly it doesn’t really matter. But when you believe that you can achieve this goal beyond everything else, beyond all the parties that you can go to, beyond Christmas because there’s going to be times and places that when you’re on this track, when you’re on this journey that you will fall off track. You see, 80% of the time if you’re doing all the right things and you’ve got all the right behaviours, the other 20% doesn’t really matter. How many people can think of times when you start that so-called diet on a Sunday. Monday, Tuesday you’re fine. But Wednesday you’re falling off track. Thursday, you finally blow out. So Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You might as well start again on Monday. Monday comes again and you go through the same cycle week after week, month after month, year after year. And you wonder why you keep on putting more weight on and more weight on. And then you say it’s not your fault. It’s not your fault because “I’ve got slow metabolism.” Metabolism is not fixed. “It’s in my genes. Everybody in my family is overweight.” You see, these are all excuses and limit in beliefs. It’s time to consider what is your desire to achieve this goal beyond everything else you’ve considered right now. So that when you close your eyes and you imagine yourself achieving this goal you can see yourself the way you want to be. You can connect with all the feelings inside of feeling good. Imagining that you’ve achieved the goal. You open your eyes. You see what you see, hear what you hear, feel what you feel. Have those fantastic feelings inside of feeling good every time you think about that goal. You think about that goal all the time and it’s constantly on your mind, constantly feeling good about it.
You see, when you start feeling good thinking about that goal, it’s time to change the goal. Most people that walk around feeling bad about the way they are, feeling bad about the way they feel about their body, and they wonder why they keep on putting on more weight. It’s time to allow the unconscious part of your mind, trusting that unconscious part to do the job that it needs to do so that you can move forward. So that you can achieve this goal.
You see, when you consider hypnosis to focus on these particular issues so that you can find a solution. There’s a lot of myths about hypnosis as well because when you’re under hypnosis which can be a trance state. It’s the only way to induce hypnosis because you can use confusion. You don’t need your eyes closed. You can have eyes open trance as well. However when you consider hypnosis, if you’ve got a secret you keep in awakened state and you will that in hypnosis. There’s no difference. The difference with hypnosis is you will be aware of everything going on. In fact, you’ll be more aware because it’s a focused state of attention. In other words, you will hear exactly what I’m saying. You will be more aware of what’s going on around you. You see, if you don’t hear anything, you don’t feel anything, that’s a different state probably called death. So you will be aware of everything around you.
That reminds me of the lady who was a fantastic subject on one of these stage shows. Bear in mind that the people that are up on that stage are up on that stage because they want to do the things that they’re being told to do. They’re extrovert and they want to entertain. After they were told to do something that normally they wouldn’t do, they would not do that. That reminds me of this woman who was doing everything the hypnotist asked her to do. She was the absolute star of the show. She did absolutely everything until it came to the end of the night and the hypnotist asked, “I want everybody to dance.” This woman did not move. She stood there. She would not dance. Of course after the show he pulled her aside and asked her, “You know, you were fantastic all night. One thing I’d like to ask you. When I asked you to dance, why didn’t you dance?” She turned around and says, “Well, it’s against my morals to dance because I don’t dance in front of men.”
You see, anything you’re asked to do in awakened state that you wouldn’t do you wouldn’t do under hypnosis either. So it’s time to consider the process of using this state to change your long term habits and behaviours so that you can achieve that goal and you can have that body that you’ve always dreamed of.
I’d like to end this session here because in our next session we’ll be dealing with any cravings that you’ve got. We’ll be dealing with cutting out certain things that could be causing an issue. Certain things like biscuits, cakes, or whatever you want to cut out completely. So this is the end of this session. I want you to move on to second track which is the hypnosis track which will help you change that relationship with food.

My name is Biodun Ogunyemi. Welcome to this recording. When listening to this recording, be sure to listen to it when you wouldn’t be disturbed. This recording is hypnotic and is not to be used whilst driving, and for maximum effect, I recommend that you listen to it through headphones.
So go ahead and close your eyes. With those eyes closed, it’s time to focus your attention on the breathing so that as you breathe all the way in and all the way out, allowing yourself to drift down further, deeper and deeper. You see, as you listen to the sound of my voice, your mind may wander. As your mind wanders, my voice will go with you to allow you to drift down deeper and deeper. You may be aware of certain sounds around that are inside the room, possibly outside the room. You may be aware of certain sensations inside, possibly the temperature on your skin. You may even feel the clothing that you’re wearing. I really don’t know what you’re aware of but you may be sensing something now. I’m speaking to your unconscious mind. I’m also speaking to the unconscious part of your mind, that part of you that controls your hobbies, your behaviours, your emotions. The part that controls your heartbeat, controls your temperature, your blinking.
As you continue to relax, continue to drift down deeper and deeper, I want you to imagine that there’s a source of healing white light coming through the top of your head and drifting down, sinking down through your head all the way down to every muscle, every fiber, running down into your arms, into your chest all the way down your legs and to your toes. As that healing white light runs all the way down, you may feel a certain sensation inside, a feeling of cleanliness. I don’t know what you’re sensing right now but you may be sensing something. So that as we begin to focus on the challenge that you’ve got right now, you see pain is a signal from your unconscious, and once that signal’s delivered, you really don’t need to feel that pain anymore. You certainly don’t need to feel that pain for anymore than is necessary.
So go ahead and just focus on wherever you feel that pain right now. Focus your attention on that pain. I want you to notice what you notice. I want you to allow the unconscious part of your mind to momentarily just turn off the sensation of pain. On the count of 3, just turn off the sensation of pain. 1, 2, 3. Just turn that off momentarily. And then just turning it back down. Turning it back down. That’s right. You see, as you consider that feeling that you’re feeling or you may be feeling right now, I want you to imagine the shape of that. If you put it to a shape, I want you to imagine what the shape would be like. I don’t know whether that would be round. I don’t know whether that would be a rectangle, triangle, or any other shape that comes to mind. Just consider the shape for a moment and really consider the shape. Allow whatever comes to your unconscious to come and go ahead and just consider the color. Consider the color of that. I don’t know whether it would be red, blue, yellow. Whatever color comes to mind. As you consider the color and the shape, I want you to consider the size of that. I want you to put size on it. What size would it be? Would it be life size? Would it be smaller than life size? Focus on the color, the shape, the size.
You see, in a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 3. On the count of 3, I want you to recall that size, that shape, and that color. I want you to imagine that whatever size, shape, and color that you’ve got to have imagined, I want you to imagine that floating in front of you, floating right out in front of you just as if it leaves your body, and you can imagine the size, shape as if you’re looking at it. So go ahead and just do that now. 1, 2, 3. That’s right. As you look at that shape, the color, and the size, I want you to begin to push it further away from you. Focus on that. Looking at it and start to move it farther and farther away. Move it farther and farther away and then just stop moving it and then begin to move it closer to you. As you begin to move it closer to you, I want you to notice a sensation inside. I don’t know if the pain starts to increase as it gets closer and closer. As you move it closer and closer, if you feel any sensation of the pain increasing, I want you to stop and I want you to start pushing it away from you again. This time keep on pushing that away farther and farther away in the distance until the pain starts to diminish. Starts to get less and less and less. As you push it further away, you feel less and less pain until the pain is just completely gone. Just gone completely.
Allow that to happen. Push it all the way to the distance until it’s a tiny dot, until you can no longer focus on it and I just imagine just leaving it out here, all the way out in the distance. You see, you don’t need to focus on that. You can leave that there so that the pain is completely gone.
I want you to imagine that right in front of you you’ve got some controls in front of you, and those controls, one control just like a volume control, you can turn it all the way up and all the way down. I don’t know if the control’s a normal control that you twist or if it’s a digital control but you can have whatever control you want in your imagination. As you look at those dials in front of you, you can turn those dials all the way down and you can keep on turning them all the way down allowing that ping to just diminish. All the way down. That’s right. Just allowing it to fade. Allowing it to fade so that with every out breath, it fades even more.
You see, beyond that discomfort that you’re feeling, you can start to wonder what else you can focus on that can make you feel different, that can make you feel good. You begin to focus on anything other than that pain over there now. That’s right. Knowing that anytime in the future you have control. You can just bring up that control panel. You can start to turn the sensations down. Keep on turning it down until it’s comfortable until you no longer need to feel a certain way where you don’t want to feel. You now have control. Letting go of all that pain. Letting go of all that pain so that it’s completely gone. Knowing that you don’t need that emotional attachment to that pain, you can just let it go. You see, your unconscious mind understands this. Once the signal’s delivered, they’re already doing something about the pain. You no longer need that emotional feeling. You can allow whatever needs to heal to heal so that you can set a time in the future you can feel good. You can feel great. You can feel fantastic with no pain whatsoever. Allowing that to happen now.
You see, in a moment I want to count from 1 to 5. When I count from 1 to 5, you can reorient all the way back. Back to now with no discomfort whatsoever. The discomfort will be gone completely. 1, 2, 3. When I get to 5, you can come all the way back with no discomfort whatsoever. Feeling refreshed, relaxed. Feeling fantastic. Go ahead and take a slow, deep breath. All the way in and all the way out. There’s time to calm your thoughts, clear your mind. And then just allow those eyes to close. It’s time to consider things on the inside. Time to consider the deeper meaning so that as you listen to the sound of my voice, my voice can help you to drift down deeper and deeper relaxed. You may be aware of certain sensations inside the room or even outside the room. Certain sounds. These sounds could just help you to drift down. Knowing that the deeper you go, the better you feel. The better you feel, the more you’re relaxed. Go ahead and focus your attention on your breathing. So that with every out breath you can relax even more. You see as you listen to the sound of my voice, I’m speaking to that conscious part of your mind. I’m also speaking to that unconscious part of your mind. The part that controls all your long-term habits, your behaviors, controls your emotions. You see you don’t decide to wake up in the morning and feel sad or wake up in the morning and feel happy. It just happens all by itself. That part of you that controls your heartbeat, controls your blinking, controls your breathing. You see you don’t need to remember to breathe when you’re sleeping. It happens automatically. And that part of you is there to protect you, is there to make you feel comfortable.
And it’s time to really consider everything you need to consider now about this healthy lifestyle. It’s time to consider what difference having a healthy lifestyle mean to your life. You see when you consider your lifestyle right now, you start to recall certain memories with your past. I don’t know whether that involves you eating the wrong things. But as you run that movie and watch yourself doing all the things you do right now, knowing that it’s time to change, it’s time to have your unconscious mind assist you with this change. And you can trust your unconscious mind. I don’t know whether that means that you would like to do more exercise. You may like to eat better, possibly sleep better. You see your unconscious mind already knows all the things that can help you move in the right direction. And I don’t know what that direction will be. You see you can choose the healthy path or you can choose the unhealthy path. And that choice is yours. I don’t know whether that healthy path means that you’d like to do more exercise. I don’t know whether that means walking more, possibly taking up a new hobby such as swimming or whatever’s important to you. See taking up that exercise doesn’t mean that you need to go to the gym, three, four or five times a week. What it does mean is that it’s more important you start to do something possibly doing something you enjoy. When you do something you enjoy, you tend to find you do it automatically. You start to enjoy it. I don’t know if you played a certain sport when you were younger. I don’t know if you play a certain sport right now or had a hobby. Something that you could take up on a regular basis that can help you towards this healthy lifestyle.
It’s important that you start to consider drinking more water so that you can rehydrate your body, allowing those fluids to rehydrate you. It’s important that you consider each and every morning making sure that you do eat breakfast in the morning. You see a lot of people skip breakfast. And they consider this good for them. However that meal, breakfast, is important. You see when your body has not had anything for six, seven or even eight hours, it’s important that you start to refuel this body. It’s important you start to consider what you’re putting inside your body. So that as you consider everything you’re putting into your body, you can start to cut down on all the things that are unhealthy. You can start to cut down on your sugar level automatically. You can start to cut down on your salt levels automatically. I don’t know if you can cut down on your alcohol intake if you drink alcohol. I don’t know if you can start to eat healthier foods. You may want to consider everything you’re putting into your mouth right now so that you can start to move towards that healthier lifestyle. You can start to feel better about yourself. See I want you right now to imagine possibly a pleasant memory in your past. A time that you felt a lot healthier than now. Possibly a time that you were doing exercise, possibly a time that you were eating better. You see it’s interesting that when you’re feeling better about yourself, you start to eat better, you start to feel better. It’s a lot easier to eat all the right things when you’re feeling good about yourself. So that you can start to consider times in your past where you felt good, times in your past where you felt a certain sensation inside that allowed you to feel healthier. You may want to consider what all these changes will make to your life. You may want to consider how it’s going to improve your life. It’s important to wonder after all the changes you’re about to make inside. So that you can consider when you see yourself six months down the line, having made changes to your lifestyle what difference it’ll make. You can start to consider what it’ll do for you, how will it make you feel. And I don’t know if that means it will make you feel more confident, I don’t know if it’s appropriate that you do feel more confident. More confident in your ability to have a healthy lifestyle. More confident in your ability to have the shape that you want. More confident in your workplace, more confident in your personal life.
I don’t know if it would improve your relationship with friends, your relationship with family. I don’t know whether it would make you feel better about yourself so that you start to build your self-esteem each and every day and it’s important that you are able to look in the mirror and able to tell yourself that you’re an honest person, a trustworthy person, a person that can love and can be loved. So that you can start to allow your self-esteem to build minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day. So that over the days, the weeks and the months ahead you start to feel good inside. You see it’s important that you feel good. It’s important that you feel a sensation inside that’s appropriate. Start considering what you can do with your time that can lead you to a healthier lifestyle. For some people that might mean changing their eating habits. For some people that could mean eating more vegetables or eating more fish. I really don’t know what it means to you but you can consider inside, you can start to consider how healthy you want to become. Start to recognize that there’s a difference between being healthy and being fit. You see you can go to the gym every single day and you can be very fit and unhealthy. And that healthier lifestyle means something to you so that right now you can imagine you’re walking into a movie theater, sitting down in the front row of that movie theater and I want you to project yourself on that screen and I want you to watch a movie of yourself. I want you to watch a movie of yourself, seeing yourself with this healthier lifestyle. Seeing yourself running that movie doing all the things you’d be doing with this healthier lifestyle. And then when you get to the end of the movie, I want you to pause that. And then jump back to the beginning of the movie and now it’s time to just flow out to that movie.
And as you flow into that movie, I want you to just see what you see through your own eyes. Hear what you hear, feel what you feel. I want you to feel the emotions. Say it to yourself, “I am healthy. I have a healthy lifestyle. I love a healthy lifestyle. I love a healthy lifestyle. I feel fantastic. I feel great.” Now notice what you notice inside. See what you see around you externally. Feel what you feel externally. Feel what you feel internally. Hear what you hear the sounds around you. Hear what you say to yourself. As you stand there, feeling healthy, feeling good inside. As you consider this, just imagine who’s around you. Imagine the comments from friends. Imagine the comments from family. You see the time to change has come. It’s time to move in this direction. That healthy lifestyle. Eating all the right things that are right for you. Having the right amount of exercise. Drinking the right amount of water. Feeling good inside and outside. Allowing it to happen. So go ahead and just consider and really consider inside what you need to consider right now. And as you consider this, I’ll be silent, and the next time you hear my voice, you can just take one deep breath and relax.
As you breathe all the way in and all the way out, imagine yourself full of that health and vitality just the way that you want to be. Imagine focusing your mind, directing your awareness to that state of health. Feel and experience the new healthy energy beginning to flow all the way into you. All the way into your nervous system, you become fitter, more vibrant, more stable, much calmer, more relaxed than ever before. All your organs and systems of your body function at a higher level. And as you direct that mind to improve your health, increase your energy levels, focusing on that metabolism, allowing that metabolism to be finely tuned to your individual needs. You can start to speed that metabolism all by yourself automatically, effortlessly. Allowing your digestive system to function better, more effectively. You can start to consider the quantities of food that you’re eating, so that you can eat the right amount that’s healthy for you. That allows you to feel the way you want to feel. That gives you the proper amount of nutrition. You may start to desire all the foods that are good for you and as you become calmer inside and much more relaxed, your whole outlook of life can begin to improve as you begin to take it each day as it comes. You feel a sense of acceptance, a feeling of peace deep inside you. Feeling more energy, feeling that body functioning much more efficiently and effectively. Allowing it to happen. Time to focus on this goal. And you can focus on this goal anytime you wish by just imagining that it’s already happened, finding yourself in that moment. Feeling what you feel. Hearing what you hear. Seeing everything you see goes around you. You can sense the calmness inside.
Find yourself wherever you want to be. Allowing whatever has to happen to happen. Start to trust your unconscious. Trust in your unconscious. Trust in your unconscious. And as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice, knowing that in a moment, but not yet, it’s time to return. And you can go ahead right now and just take all the time you need to be oriented all the way back into the room. Only allowing those eyes to open. Knowing that your unconscious has created a learning for you today. As you breathe all the way in and all the way out, you can allow those eyes to close all the way down and go inside and consider anything how you need to consider. Beyond all the things you’ve considered already and you can allow that to happen now. That’s right. You see, knowing that you may have considered a number of times already. Aside from that, it’s time to allow yourself to drift down. You see, as you continue to drift down deeper and deeper listening to the sound of my voice, aware of sounds around you, aware of certain sensations on the inside, I don’t know if your mind’s wandering. As your mind wanders, my voice will go with you. My voice will allow you to drift down deeper and deeper. As you drift down deeper, you can start to feel good inside. You can start to feel what you want to feel. I don’t know if you can become more confident with every out breath. That level of confidence is already inside you.
Knowing that that day has arrived, the day you’ve been waiting for, the day of that operation, you can imagine yourself preparing for that journey. Packing that bag, calling a taxi, making your way on that journey to the hospital. As you arrive in that hospital walking there, you can see what you see. You can feel what you feel inside. You can hear what you hear. Walking through those main doors, going straight to reception because you know where you’re going. You see, you’ve been here before. You say hello to the receptionist. You’re really looking forward to this. She smiles at you and takes your details. As you make your way to the waiting area, the nurse comes out. Chats to you. Takes some personal details. Just makes sure that everything’s in order.
Then she tells you that she’ll be back with you in a few moments. As you sat there imagining this life-changing experience, the nurse comes back and asks you to follow her. As you follow her all the way down the corridor to a different room, she asks you to get changed into a hospital gown. Make yourself comfortable. As she goes through all the pre-op preparations and as you’re lying there thinking about this life-changing experience, the nurse does everything necessary to prepare you for surgery. She checks your blood pressure. She makes some notes on her sheet. She writes your name on a plastic bracelet and slips it on to your wrist.
As you sit there, the door opens and in comes somebody else. She introduces herself as your anesthetist. She asks you a number of questions and explains exactly what’s going to happen. Behind her, the consultant appears and smiles at you. Asks you how you’re feeling. Tells you that the operation will take about an hour. Tells you that everything will be absolutely fine and just reminded you that during the operation a number of small incisions will be done to your abdomen. He says that you’ll feel nothing at all. He says that the band will be connected to an injection port just as he explained which is placed just under the skin and will be used to adjust the band in a few weeks. Tells you that you need to stay overnight and you’ll be allowed to go home the next day provided all is well.
As you thank him for explaining this again, you just think of this new body of yours and you smile. Your consultant leaves the room and soon it’s time to go to the theatre. The porters arrived and simply raise your bed on to its wheels and begin to push you out of the room and towards the operating theatre. As you lie still on the bed, you hear people talking on the background. All you see are the lights overhead as you trundle along that corridor and it’s the left down to the operating theatre. As you are wheeled into that theatre, you recognize the smell of that antiseptic. You slide off your bed and straight on to that theatre operating table and then the consultant appears by your side. He double-checks all your details. And then the anesthetist appears by your side and she double-checks your details. Gently slips that syringe which holds the anesthetic into the cannula. There’s a nurse on the other side of you and she’s holding your hand and talking to you.
As you focus on the nurse and she speaks to you, she asks you to start counting backwards from 100. You start counting back from 100. 99, 98. As you continue to count backwards, you continue to drift down deeper and deeper. The deeper you go, the better you feel. 97, 96. With every descending number you start to double that relaxation. You start to drift down more and more, deeper and deeper still until one minute you’re talking to them. The next minute your eyes simply close all the way down. You find it more and more difficult to focus on those numbers and you drift completely out of your awareness. You drift into that deep, deep sleep. Knowing that the surgeon, a first-class surgeon and competent at his job. You cannot see, feel. You’re not aware of anything that’s going on as you drift down comfortably and safely.
You don’t feel the camera going in you. You don’t feel any discomfort whatsoever. As this procedure takes place, as you continue to drift down deeper and deeper still so that I’ll be silent and the next time you hear my voice you just relax and go deeper.
So go ahead and just take a deep breath and relax. All of a sudden, you’re now aware of being transported back to your room. It all took place as you continue to drift out deeper and deeper. After some time, you begin to open those eyes slowly and you look around wondering at first where you are. Slightly confused. Feeling the effect of the anesthetic as it wears off. When you’re back in that room, you remember your operation. You remember your consultant. You remember the nurses that were present. You remember the journey to the theatre. You just don’t quite remember the journey when you return. As the nurse arrives and checks you over and asks if you like any water and she explains it’s always better to start the liquids so get used to smaller portions. She tells you that once you get home, you can start back on solid foods. But you find that you get full quicker and much easier than before. You find that you need to eat your food slower. Make sure you’re chewing that food well before swallowing and practice putting your knife and fork down between bites. Still you slow down your eating.
She tells you that the portion sizes will be much, much smaller than previously. Your stomach’s now shrunk down to the size of a golf ball. As you imagine that now and as you breathe all the way out, and then all the way out, building those stomach muscles in, taking those stomach muscles in as you breathe all the way in, pulling them in, feeling that stomach shrinking. Shrinking. Shrinking. Getting smaller and smaller the size of that golf ball. Smaller and smaller. As you imagine pulling your stomach muscles in, breathing all the way out again and taking a deep breath and pulling your stomach muscles all the way in. That stomach is shrinking down smaller and smaller. You can imagine how little food you can put in that stomach now. The nurse asks you to just rest for a few hours as she checks your blood pressure. You feel delighted that the surgery is over and you can’t wait to experience all the many changes that are about to take place each and every day because each and every day your confidence will start to build more and more.
As your confidence starts to build, you start to feel really good inside. You start to feel good in every area of your life as your relationships start to improve, your relationship with friends, your relationship with family. The motivation to do all the things you like to do in your life starts to increase beyond you can ever imagine. As you’re thinking of this new body of yours you start to feel good. The more you think about it, the better you feel. The better you feel the more you think about it. As the nurse checks you over and tells you that everything’s absolutely fine, she tells you that the consultant had used dissolvable stitches and they’ll disappear within a few days. She tells you that right now it’s time for all those changes to take place now to all those eating habits. Soon you’ll make the right choices in the future. As you [0:18:42.8 inaudible] to this new stomach of yours, she tells you to get some rest. As you begin to rest, you begin to imagine how wonderful you feel inside. Knowing that the next day is time to go back home feeling absolutely fantastic. So that over the days and the weeks, the months ahead, you start to feel better and better each and every day, allowing yourself day by day, hour by hour. You see, in a moment it’s time to come all the way back knowing that you feel different. Knowing that you can feel more confident. Knowing that you can cut down those portion sizes right now. Knowing that you can slow down your eating. Considering all the things you need to consider beyond everything you’ve considered so far. It’s time to come all the way back, back in your feeling inside. 1,2. Feeling wonderfully good. 3. Coming all the way back to feel consciousness. 4. Feeling refreshed. Feeling absolutely fantastic. 5. Eyes all the way open. Back in. Feeling refreshed, relaxed. Feeling absolutely fantastic with abundant desire to achieve this goal. The confidence that most of you require and you can build on this confidence levels each and every day for the rest of your life.

Only as quickly as you can breathe all the way in and all the way out. Clear your mind. Calm your thoughts and close your eyes. Now as you begin to consider inside all the things you need to consider, you can start to drift down deeper and deeper relaxed. Deeper and deeper still. You may be aware of certain sounds inside the room. Or even outside the room. Or certain sensations inside.
And I don’t know if you’re aware of the temperature of the air on your skin. You may feel the clothing against your skin as you begin to drift down deeper and deeper. And the deeper you go, the better you feel. The more you relax, the better you feel. The better you feel, the more you relax. Breathe in all the way in and all the way out as you begin to focus your attention on your eyes. Focus all your attention only on your eyes and then relax your eyes. Go ahead and focus your attention on your shoulders and relax those shoulders. Allowing that relaxation to flow slowly all the way down your arms and to your fingers, right out to your fingertips. Focus in your attention on your chest, your stomach, your hips, thighs, all the way down your legs, your feet. And all the way to the tips of your toes.
I don’t know if you can recall a time that you were relaxed. Possibly a pleasant memory, a time that you just felt so relaxed you just allowed yourself to drift. You see as you consider this particular issue that you want to deal with today, you may start to become aware of things outside your conscious awareness as you consider that fully. So almost as if you can focus your attention, solely on the solution, beyond everything you’ve ever considered so far. You see in a moment I’m going to count all the way down from 10 down to 1. With each descending number I’d like you to drift down deeper and deeper relaxed so that with each number you can double your level of relaxation and your imagination. I know you can do that. So that you can become more relaxed. 10, deeper and deeper still. 9, drifting all the way down. 8, double that relaxation. 7, loose, limp and completely relaxed. 5, that’s right. 4, deeper and deeper still. 7, 8, 7, 6, deeper and deeper. 5, all the way down. 4, 3, double that relaxation again. 2, double that again. 4, 3, drifting down. 2, 1.Letting go. Allowing that relaxation to flow all the way down so that you can feel every muscle, very fiber completely relaxed. Loose, limp and completely relaxed.
And as you continue the process of relaxing more and more, you don’t need to do anything whatsoever. You can just relax and listen to the sound of my voice. And as your mind wanders, my voice will go with you. My voice will just help you to relax. Deeper and deeper. You see as you consider this imaginary gastric band, I’d like to share some useful information, knowing that you’re about to go through this procedure, so that you can allow your mind to focus on everything that it needs to focus on right now, to allow whatever needs to happen unconsciously to happen all by itself.
I want you to imagine that you’ve arrived at the hospital. You walk in through the doors. You notice what you notice. You can see what you see and hear what you hear. You can feel what you feel. As you walk through those doors, up to the reception desk, and at the reception desk, the receptionist takes your name and directs you to a particular area. And as you sit down waiting in that area, you’ve got certain things going on in your mind, certain thoughts as you process information, knowing that going through this process, you’re about to change your life. You’re about to change that shape forever. You start to consider the changes in your lifestyle, the changes in your relationships. You start to consider and see yourself the way you want to be, knowing that going through this process is going to change your whole relationship with food. It’s going to change the way you feel about yourself so that you can start to feel the confidence. You start to feel the way you want to feel and it’s appropriate that you do feel good about yourself. So that when you consider, when you think about this goal you can feel good each and every time. I don’t know if you can feel good right now, feel good about the thought of what you’re about to go through.
And as you sit there with your mind drifting, the nurse comes out and introduces herself. Asks you if you had a good journey to the hospital. And as you follow her along to the consulting rooms, you walk into the consulting room and she offers you a drink. She asks you to have a seat and the consultant will be with you in a few minutes. Within a few minutes, the consultant comes in. Introduces himself and starts to ask you a number of relevant questions about your medical history. Some personal information about why you want to have this surgery. And as you explain your reasons, he fully agrees with your reasons as he listens to you. And then he starts to explain just a little bit about the procedure and how it will take place. He tells you who the anesthetist will be. He tells you who the anesthetist will be. He tells you about the operating theater and the nurses that will be present. He tells you that on the day you arrive, you’ll be asked to sign a consent form about taking the operation. He tells you that you’ll be taken to a preparation room where the nurses will make all the necessary arrangements to make sure that everything goes smoothly. And then he goes on to start explaining an outline of the surgery so that you know what to expect. He tells you that this keyhole surgery is a simple procedure involving a few small incisions into your abdomen. And then by using an instrument called a laparoscope to see what he’s doing, he’ll install the band and set it correctly. He then tells you that the band will be connected to an injection port so they can be adjusted with saline after a few weeks. Then after applying stitches you’re returned to your room where you can rest. He tells you that over time your stomach will start to shrink. It’ll start to shrink and get smaller and smaller all the way down to the size of a golf ball. So that it can start to restrict the amount of food that you put into your stomach, so that you start to adjust to eat in smaller portions. Enjoying healthier, different types of food, possibly vegetables.
He tells you and actually you need to liquidize your food to get used to the band. And then after a few weeks you return for any adjustments. And then he asks you if you got any questions and makes sure that you’re comfortable with the whole procedure and tells you that all you need to do now is come back in a week’s time for the actual surgery itself. And as he thanks you and says goodbye, the nurse guides you back to reception and wishes you a pleasant journey home and says that she will see you next week. She gives you a note of exactly where to come to on the day.
And on the way home you start to wonder about this procedure. You start to wonder about the differences that it’s going to make to your life. Knowing that things are about to change, you feel really good thinking about this goal, thinking about what you’re going to achieve, thinking about all the differences it’s going to make to your confidence levels, to the way you feel about yourself. You start to imagine waking up that day when this procedure’s taken place and you start to think about how good you’re going to feel, how confident you’re going to feel, how things will just happen automatically. You just find yourself just eating less food. Cutting down on those portion sizes automatically. And as you consider all the things you need to consider now, knowing that the next session is time to go through that procedure, so you can allow all the adjustments that need to take place now to take place.
You see because in a moment, I’m going to count from 1 to 5. And when I count from 1 to 5, you can re-orientate all the way back into the room. You can feel refreshed, relaxed, feeling fantastic, looking forward to your next session. Looking forward to this journey ahead. Looking forward to that new body. Looking forward to that good feeling inside. Looking forward to the confidence levels. 1, 2, 3, on the count of 5 come in all the way back into the room feeling refreshed, relaxed, feeling absolutely fantastic. 4, 5, all the way back.

Now the feeling of relaxation may begin to flow slowly all the way downwards from your eyes all the way down to your toes. And as you continue to relax and become more aware of certain sensations inside, in a moment I’m going to count from 10 down to 1. And with every descending number, you can begin to drift down deeper and deeper. Relaxing every muscle, every fiber. 10, deeper and deeper. 9, 8, deeper and deeper still. 7, 6, even deeper. 5, 4, deeper and deeper. 3, 2, all the way down. Focus on those muscles becoming less and completely relaxed. 1. Just letting go of every fiber, every muscle. Go ahead and focus on your forehead. And as you focus on your forehead, just relax your forehead. Go ahead and focus on your eyes. And just relax your eyes. Eliminate Cravings

You can rest assured that you’re safe wherever you are in a comfortable position. You see, I’m speaking to your conscious mind but I’m also speaking to your unconscious mind. The unconscious part of you that controls your blinking, controls your breathing, controls your heartbeat. You see, consciously you’re aware of everything I’m saying. Your conscious mind is only capable of dealing with seven plus or minus two pieces of information at the same time. Your unconscious mind can deal with an infinite amount of information all at the same time. And it’s this unconscious part of you that controls your habits, controls your behaviors and controls your emotions.
So I want you to go ahead right now and just bring up your book of time, and in that book of time you can project yourself forward to a future mainly or you can flip the pages back. You see, as you flip the pages all the way back, back to a time that you first learned numbers. Now that time, you had to consider whether a 6 was an upside-down 9 and the 9 was an upside-down 6. While letters, whether a b was a backwards d or a d was a backwards b. You see, now you don’t even need to think about that. You don’t need to think about numbers. You don’t need to think about letters. You may even remember a time that you first learned to ride a bike. At first, it seemed like a difficult task and then as time went on, it became easier and easier. Or tying your shoelaces. You see you do it unconsciously. You don’t need to think about it. You just do it. Or even taking a step forward, you don’t need to think whether you move your left foot first or your right foot first. These are all unconscious processes and you just find that it happens automatically. You see right now, there’s a number of things that you want to consider. A number of things that you want to change and you’ve tried to change these things consciously but your conscious mind isn’t the part of you that can allow these changes to take place. Because consciously you’ve tried in the past and failed and you’ve not been able to do it. You’ve maybe used will power and tried to stop overeating on certain things, tried to control certain cravings and you found that you’ve not been able to do it.
But right now as we speak to your unconscious mind, I need to ask your unconscious mind to start to make all the arrangements inside right now so that you can eliminate those cravings. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating certain foods. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating chocolate. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating cakes. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating sweets. But your unconscious does. And your unconscious can make all these arrangements right now so that you start to feel different of all these particular things you don’t want to eat. You see because when you don’t desire them anymore and you just find that you don’t even need to think about them, you find that you feel different about these particular foods that you don’t want to eat. You find that you’d gain that control that you want. It’s all about gaining that control so that you can walk past those particular foods and not even think about them. You just have no desire for them. I’m sure you remember a time in your past, a particular time where you possibly changed your eating habits. And that maybe a long time ago, a particular time that for some reason you didn’t eat a particular food and then you found as you grew older, you’d begun to
enjoy in that particular food. You see, all of a sudden when you decide something and you allow that to happen, you just find that you don’t need to use will power anymore because it can just happen all by itself. Your unconscious mind can make the arrangements so that you no longer desire the things that don’t serve
you. So that it becomes more important that you move in the direction you want to move in. If you can start to trust your unconscious, so that you can have the mental clarity that you require, so that you can consider all the things that you need to consider.
You see as your unconscious makes the arrangements inside, the more you find that it becomes an automatic process. Almost like learning something and finding out later on that consciously you weren’t even aware that you’d even learned something until you find yourself doing it automatically. And I’m sure there’s been a time that you’ve found yourself reciting the words of a particular song you never really learned the words. Or even times that you have to give somebody your phone number and you really don’t need to remember it consciously because it just comes out. You just remember it automatically. So that you can allow whatever needs to happen to happen. So that you can focus your awareness on that part that controls you eating all these things that you don’t want to eat. So that you can just cut out certain things that are no longer appropriate. You’re no longer to feel that you have to crave particular things. You can just let your unconscious to eliminate these cravings. Your unconscious can make the arrangements to eliminate these cravings. You see you’ve cut out many things in your past you just decide you can do without anymore. Know that when you make that decision consciously, some things when you do it consciously, it can be a difficult process because you start to use the process of will power when your unconscious makes the arrangements, you don’t even need to think about it. You don’t need to consider it. It just happens by itself and you really should allow it happen. You really should discover for yourself that things can happen automatically. And we want this to happen now. You can allow it to happen. You see as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice and you start to trust your unconscious to make all these arrangements, so that the next time you hear my voice, you just take a deep breath and you just relax down even more. So that right now go ahead and allow your unconscious to just consider all the things that you need to consider inside now.
As you breathe in and all the way out, considering who you are right now is worth more than everything you have considered inside and every way and beyond. And aside from that, deserve that now. That’s right. Just consider that. Consider it fully. On the inside and even on the outside, you see you may be aware of certain sounds in the room or even certain sounds outside. And I really don’t know what you’re sensing right now. But your unconscious knows exactly what you’re sensing. So that you find that your unconscious having made all the adjustments inside, you can feel completely different. When you think about these particular things that you may be craving or you may desire and you really don’t need to have them. You can just find that you have no desire for them. Just like you have no desire for certain things that you don’t want. Just like you have no desire for certain things that don’t serve you. You see there’s been many times in your past that you’ve just decided enough is enough. You no longer desire something. Once you’ve made that decision, you make that decision from the inside not from the outside, which means it happens. And because you make that decision a person can allow it to happen. You really should allow it to happen. You see consciously, you may make that decision whilst unconsciously your unconscious can make all the arrangements. So that sooner or later you realize that it’s already happened. And I wonder if you realize that your unconscious is making the arrangements yet. So that you may become aware of certain things. You feel different. And you can imagine how things can be different so when you consider four weeks from now and even six weeks from now or six months from now, you can start to imagine right now how things can be different what’s it like when that change is already taking place. You can imagine being there right now and looking back when you serve the way you used to be. What would it be like? Then you can allow yourself to experience that now so that you can start to imagine how you feel. Really imagine how you feel.
You really should let it happen all by itself. You see because as you consider all the things, they can make a difference to you right now and how important certain things are. Your unconscious can start to deal with all these things that can make a difference. Now I’m sure you remember a time where something was on
your mind. Possibly a time that you’ve had a dream and in that dream something happens. All of a sudden you could be doing something the next day and this thought comes into your mind. You start to actually wonder if it was a dream or if it actually happened. You see, your unconscious can make all the arrangements right now so that you just feel different. You just feel as if those particular things you used to crave don’t really matter. You have no desire for them whatsoever. You have no desire for all the things that don’t help you achieve your goal. You see, I don’t know what particular things you want to cut out but your
unconscious knows exactly what you want to cut out. You see consciously you’re aware of everything, one by one, that you want to cut out. And you can allow your unconscious mind to just cut them out now so that you have no desire for them whatsoever. Just allow yourself to consider that fully, consider who you are
that’s worth more than only everything you have considered and see it in every way. And I say from that, deserve that. Know it because you can be a better person you want to be.
Consider it fully. Trust in your unconscious so that you can have that mental clarity. You can become aware of certain changes whenever you want. You see as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice you can start to wonder about certain things that you want to wonder about. And that state of wonderment is a wonderful state. But all those things that you’re becoming aware of right now, I wonder how much of that you can remember to forget the things that you can remember. You see you can even wonder what I said 5 minutes ago. You can even wonder what I said 10 minutes ago. You can even wonder how long or how short you’d been listening to me right now. Your unconscious knows that there’s only certain things that are important. You see because in a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 5. And on the count of 5, you can allow yourself to re-orientate back into the room but only after the count of 5. So I’ll go ahead and count
right now. You start to feel the energy building. Knowing that when I count from 1 to 5, on the count of 5 you can take all the time you need to re-orientate back into the room. Coming back into the room feeling refreshed, relaxed, absolutely fantastic. 1, 2, 3. Allowing the energy to build up. 4, 5. Taking all the time you need to allow those eyes to flutter open whenever you’re ready.

Your conscious mind can hear every word I’m saying. But as you start to allow that conscious mind to drift
into the background, I’m speaking to your unconscious mind, the part of you that controls all your hobbies, the part of you that controls all your behaviours, the part that is responsible for your breathing, the part that is responsible for keeping your heart beating. You see, that’s the part of you that you
should just trust because when you start to trust this part, you can start to achieve all the things that you want to achieve. You really don’t need to think about what can stop you from achieving your goals. You really don’t need to think about where you need to start. You just allow it to happen. You really
should allow it to happen. You really should consider all the things that you need to consider right now.
You see, because as you consider that body that you want to change and as you consider all the things that are outside your awareness right now that’s stopping you from achieving this goal because you know that you really do want to change and you’ve made that decision. As you consider all the things
that can help you achieve that goal of getting rid of that weight, knowing that it’s important to you, you can start to allow your unconscious mind to make all the arrangements so that you find that you start to focus on what’s important. You start to focus on that goal of getting rid of that weight. You start to focus
on that goal of just controlling those portion sizes and you really can cut down those portion sizes. You see, you don’t even need to think about it. It’s almost as if it can just happen all by itself.
There’s times that you found yourself doing the things you didn’t even know that you know how to do them. You see, often people find themselves recite the words to a song they never consciously learned the words. They just find that they know them automatically. So that you can find yourself doing certain
things. Consciously you may not even be aware that certain changes can be happening. All of a sudden there could be people commenting on the way you look. You see, because you start to become aware o consciously of all the things that don’t serve you in terms of achieving this goal of getting rid of that weight. You start to become aware of all the things that can help you achieve that goal. As you consider all these things right now, so that you can have the mental clarity that you need, you can actually just start to consider how important it is that you achieve this goal.
I don’t know whether it’s important that you change your shape. I don’t know whether it’s important that you fit in to those clothes that you want to fit into. I don’t know whether it’s important that you have more confidence. I don’t know whether it’s important that you find the motivation and the desire
to exercise more. You see, what I do know is that you want to change and that change is important and that change can only happen inside you right now because when the desire is so strong, it will happen all by itself.
You see, every night you go to bed, you really don’t need to think about breathing when you’re sleeping. But you still breathe as your unconscious makes the arrangements. You see, your unconscious makes a law of arrangements that are outside your conscious awareness. You can just start to trust your
unconscious. You see, consciously your conscious mind can keep on telling you that you can’t do this and you can’t do that, and you listen to that little voice inside you. But it’s time to turn that voice down. It’s time to just press the mute button and turn that off. Why don’t you just turn it into a silly voice or
you can just go out of it? I don’t know whether you want to change that voice to Bart Simpson or Scooby Doo or anyone else. But what I do know is if you change the voice, you can just laugh at it, then you can just carry on on the right track.
In order to carry on on the right track, you need to know what track you’re on. So that right now I want you to imagine that you’re standing on a fork in the road. In that fork on the road, you’ve got two choices. You can go down the right road or the left road. I have no idea which road you want to go
down. One of those roads is right for you. I don’t know which one is, whether it’s the left or whether it’s the right road. You see, you don’t know what’s down both those roads. So why don’t we just make our way down the left road initially and just make our way down the left road just enough to see what’s
down that road. But as you make your way down that left road, you start to notice a sensation inside you. You start to become aware that as you make your way down this road and over the days, the weeks, and the months ahead, nothing’s really changed. You carry on overeating on all those foods that
you’re overeating on. You carry on eating all the wrong foods. You carry on having the portion sizes you’re having. You just carry on all the things you’re doing right now. Nothing’s really changed. As you make your way down that road, it’s dark. You look further into the distance, and you can see a figure of
yourself in the distance. But as you get closer to that figure, you start to notice that you’re getting bigger and bigger. The closer you get, the bigger you get. You see, because nothing has changed. Everything’s just the same. You’re still eating all the same stuff. You’re still doing the same whatever the exercise.
Knowing that if you carry on doing the same things, you carry on getting the exact same results. But you see, you haven’t made a decision yet which road to go down. So as we make our way back to the fork in the road, standing in that fork in the road, we can now make our way down the right road. Making our way down that right path. So that as we step onto that path it’s completely different. First and foremost, the road is a lot brighter. You feel a light sensation as you walk down this path. As you continue to walk down the path, you start to notice all the changes around. You start to feel the levels of confidence that you want. You start to feel the desire and the motivation to do all the exercise you want to do. You start to feel really good inside. As you start to feel good about yourself, you start to allow your self-esteem to build, allowing that confidence level to build as you walk down this path. You see, as
you walk down this path, you start to listen to the comments from friends and family saying how great you look as you go down this path. So that over the days, the weeks and the months ahead, you start to change shape. You start to get rid of that weight. This is happening all by yourself. You see, as you look
further down that path in the distance, you see yourself at the right weight you want to be, your ideal weight, your ideal size, your ideal shape. As you walk down that path and you see yourself down you feel absolutely fantastic. Know that you can achieve this goal if you stay on this path.
Now the interesting thing is as you make your back to the fork in the road, know that you’ve got a decision to make. That decision can change your life forever whether you want to go down the left path or the right path. I really don’t know which one it is but you can make that decision. Knowing that you
want to change your shape, knowing that you want to build your levels of confidence, you can start to wonder what changes or shape it can actually do for you. You see, it may make you happier. It may make you feel more confident. May build your self-esteem.
I want you to imagine right now that you’re in a movie theatre and in this movie theatre you’re sitting in the front row of this movie theatre looking at the screen. On that screen I want you to project an image of yourself right now the way you are. I want you to imagine that you can just change that image to your
ideal image the way you want to be. As you make all the changes, I want you to fall into that screen. Just try that self-image on for size. Almost as if you’re trying on a gorgeous try-on for size. Make all the adjustments you need to make. You see, because as you try it on for size and you fall into that screen, I
want you to imagine the confidence levels you have now. I want you to imagine how your self-esteem can build. I want you to imagine how happy are you feeling. When you feel all those good feelings inside, they start to build more and more so that you can start to feel really good about achieving this goal. You can allow it to happen. Knowing that often people eat when they’re stressed, when they’re bored, when they’re tired, you can start to imagine how it would feel if you just eat when you’re hungry or if you just eat for energy and you can feel different. You can allow it to happen. You can start to trust
your unconscious so that you can have the mental clarity to make all the decisions that you need to make right now. You see, you already know certain foods that you shouldn’t be eating, at least your unconscious does. You see, you already know what to do. You just have to get yourself to do that.
When all these things become more important for you to achieve this goal and you make that decision from the inside out, then you find that you just change that relationship with food. You just change all the things that you need to change because your unconscious can make the arrangements so that you start to slow down that eating. So that you start to cut down those portion sizes. I don’t know if you just want a half of that portion size right now. You see, you really don’t need to think about it because if you’re hungry later, you can just have a little bite of that food. You really don’t need to finish all the food
on your plate. You may even want to start drinking more water. You may even want to start wondering about all those foods you could be eating that you’re not eating right now that can help you to achieve this goal. Just allow your unconscious mind to consider all the things that it needs to consider. You can allow your unconscious mind to drift right now. The next time you hear my voice, you’ll just take a deep breath and go deeper as you consider all the things that you need to consider now.
As you take a deep breath, allowing yourself to drift down, listening to the sound of my voice, and you really should consider all the things you need to consider about this goal, how important it is for that change to happen all by itself, how important it is to make all those arrangements inside right now. Allowing your unconscious to do what it needs to do. Knowing that your unconscious mind is trying tosolve this many times before. The next time your unconscious can just make the arrangements to do what it needs to do. I don’t know if this process can continue over the hours, the weeks, even the
months ahead. But what I do know is that everybody dreams. Sometimes you remember your dreams. Sometimes you don’t. In those dreams, sometimes you can find yourself having certain thoughts that can help you achieve this goal. I don’t know whether that would be a symbol. I don’t know whether that would be a person. I don’t know whether your unconscious can make the arrangements so that something can happen at some stage, maybe tonight, maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day. It’ll give you an indication that something’s changed inside you because all of a sudden you may find that you just feel different and all of a sudden you may find yourself doing certain things you haven’t done before that can help you achieve this goal. You really should allow it to happen.
You see, as you focus your awareness in all the things that you need to focus on, so that you realize that that change can happen all by itself. You see, it all comes from the inside. In any moment when I count from 1 to 5 when I count from 1 to 5, I want you to reorientate yourself back into the room. On the count of 5, you can open your eyes. You can feel relaxed, refreshed, absolutely fantastic. Knowing that you can achieve this goal. Allowing those eyes to open almost as if your unconscious is making all the arrangements right now. So that when those eyes open your unconscious would have made all the

Go ahead and calm your thoughts. Clear your mind and take a deep breath all the way in and all the way out. That’s right. Now close your eyes. As you close those eyes, focus your awareness on the muscles on those eyes. As you focus your awareness on the muscles on those eyes, just relax your eyes. Focus your attention inside. Relaxing all the way down. Allowing every single muscle, every single fiber to become loose and completely relaxed. Your mind may wander and as your mind wanders, my voice will go with you. My voice can help you to go deeper and deeper. You see, the deeper you go, the better you feel. The better you feel, the deeper you go. The more you allow yourself to just let go listening to the sound of my voice. Drifting down deeper and deeper still.
As you continue to drift down listening to the sound of my voice, I’m going to count down from 10 down to 1, and with every descending number, you can go deeper and deeper. 10. Deeper and deeper. 9. Doubling that relaxation. 2. Double that again. 1. Deeper and deeper. Listening to every single word. You see, consciously you can hear every single word I’m saying. I’m speaking to your conscious mind but I’m also speaking to your unconscious mind, that unconscious part of you that controls all your emotions, all your behaviors, the unconscious part of you that controls that habit, the habit of smoking and deciding to give up today. You really should stop smoking. You really should allow yourself to stop smoking. You really should consider how your life can be different when you stop smoking. I don’t know if you can stop smoking now. You can consider all the things that can be different when you stop this habit.
You see, I know that you may have tried to stop smoking in the past. Maybe that you’ve stopped to start to even in the same days several times before. Now you can start to consider the effect of that smoking. I don’t know what specifically is important to you. I don’t know whether it’s important that you save the money you spend on cigarettes. I don’t know whether your health is important. Only you can consider that. What I do know is that the part of you that controls that habit can start to make the arrangements so that you can stop smoking, so that you can consider how your life can be different when you no longer need to smoke. You see, you may consider the fact that you don’t need to smoke. You don’t need to be the one who has to stand outside in the rain smoking. You don’t need to be the one that has to smoke that cigarette. You can start to consider how your life can be different when you no longer have this habit. You see, there’s been times in your past that you’ve given up certain things and because you’ve given up certain things in the past and you’ve changed habits in the past, then you can change habits again. Only this time you can make that decision. Make that decision that enough is enough.
Focus your attention on your breathing. You can even start to wonder whether you can hear more of my voice in your left ear or even in your right ear. You see as you listen to the sound of my voice, you continue to drift down deeper and deeper. Knowing that that unconscious part of you is listening to every word. Knowing that that unconscious part of you is about to make a change to that habit of smoking so that you can just stop smoking now. You can even consider how your life can be different when you no longer need to smoke, whether you’ll be healthier, whether you’ll feel better, whether you’ll feel fatter. I really don’t know how you’ll feel. Your unconscious knows exactly how you feel and you can imagine right now how your life can be different. You can imagine right now how things can be different when you no longer need to smoke. You no longer have the desire to smoke. I don’t know whether you’ve been smoking for five, ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty, forty years. It doesn’t really matter.
But right now, allow your unconscious to consider all the things that it needs to consider so that you can consider consciously all the things that you need to consider. Consciously maybe even unconsciously. Imagine right now you want to make that decision. So you can imagine life the way it is right now. You really don’t want to change anything. So you can see yourself in a week’s time still smoking a cigarette, even a month’s time, a year’s time, maybe five year’s time. I really don’t know how long. But as you consider making no change whatsoever, you can start to consider how much money you’ll be spending. You can start to consider what effect it will have on your health. You can start to consider all the other things that there is to consider. Or you can consider making that change now and imagine what it would be like when you’ve stopped smoking. Imagine what it would be like when you’re no longer smoking. Imagine what it would be like directly after this session and you’ll no longer smoke. You find that you have no desire to smoke. You find that you just feel different. So that you start to imagine what life would be like not smoking. You start to imagine how your life would change. Consider all the money you’ll save. Consider how healthy you will be. Maybe even consider the difference to your skin. How would life be different not having to smell that cigarette ash all the time? Not having to look for that waiter? Not having to look for those matches. How would things be different? Really consider because deep inside you your unconscious can make the arrangements right now. So that you find that you just have no desire to smoke anymore. Allowing yourself to consider it carefully. You really should consider it. You really should consider what difference it makes to your life. You can allow it to happen.
You don’t have to worry about the smell anymore. You don’t need to think about all that money that you spend in each and every day on cigarettes. You don’t need to think about standing in unsociable places having to smoke possibly outside. You see, when you don’t need to think about it anymore, you can start to imagine how your life will be different. You’ve given up many things in the past and you can give this up now. Just consider it for the moment so that the next time you hear my voice, you can take a deep breath and you can relax. Just consider how things can be different now.
As you breathe in and all the way out, the more you focus on being a non-smoker, the more you desire it, the more you start to sense it. Right now, I want you to imagine that you no longer smoke. How does it feel? See what you see. Hear what you hear. Feel what you feel. So that you can walk around confidently knowing that you’re a non-smoker. Knowing that you have no desire. Knowing that you feel different. You see, when you change from a smoker to a non-smoker, you just feel different. It’s part of your identity. You become a non-smoker. You don’t need to think about cigarettes. You can just let them all go. Your unconscious can start to make all these arrangements right now. Allowing it to happen all by itself. You can trust your unconscious to make these arrangements. You can imagine right now being in a movie theatre and on that screen you can project an image of yourself. You can fast forward that movie to two weeks from now seeing yourself on that screen as a non-smoker and no desire. You don’t need any cravings for cigarettes. You see, because when you start to feel a particular way you don’t want to feel, you can just take one deep breath and relax all the way down and find that any desire, any craving just disappear all by itself. But looking at yourself on that screen, imagine looking at that screen now as a non-smoker. How would you feel? What would your confidence levels be like? Start to consider the feelings inside. Start to consider what difference it will make to your life. Start to consider right now how things will be different, how you will feel about yourself as a non-smoker. What would this do for you inside? What would it do for your confidence levels? What difference would it make in your life? I don’t know whether it would make a difference in your relationships. I don’t know whether it would make a difference in your friends. I don’t know whether it would make a difference with just how you feel about
yourself.
Sometimes you get to a stage where enough is enough so that right now your unconscious can just make all the arrangements. You see, over the days, the weeks and even the months ahead as you dream, you can dream seeing yourself in that dream, and you can wonder what those dreams really mean. I don’t know if you’ll dream tonight or tomorrow night or even the next night. You will dream. Sometimes you’ll remember your dream, sometimes you don’t. And you can wonder what that means. You see, in a moment, I’m going to count from 1 to 5. On the count of 5, you can allow yourself to reorientate back into the room. Allowing those eyes to open only when your unconscious has made all the arrangements and all the adjustments inside so that you’re now a non-smoker. Your unconscious can do that easily and effortlessly now. 1, 2,3. On the count of 5, you can allow those eyes to open. Once your unconscious has completed the process of making all the arrangements inside, you are now a non-smoker. You can have an abundant desire to be a non-smoker. Motivated and ready. 4, 5. Focus your attention on your shoulders. Relax your shoulders. Just allow that relaxation to flow slowly down, all the way down your arms and all the way into your fingers. So that you can start to relax every muscle, every fiber. Knowing that the deeper you go, the better you feel. And the better you feel, the deeper you go. And I really don’t know if you can into a light trance, medium trance or even a deep trance now. Deeper and deeper still. Drifting all the way down. You see because as you listen to the sound of my voice, consciously you’re aware of every single word I’m saying. And I’m speaking to your conscious mind but I’m also speaking to your unconscious mind, the unconscious part of you that controls your breathing, controls your blinking, controls all your emotions. That part of you that keeps the blood flowing your body. Just relax now. You see as you begin to consider all the things you need to consider about that motivation that you want, knowing that there’s many times in your past that you’ve been motivated to do certain things and I really don’t know what they are. You see but as your mind wanders right now my voice will go with you. My voice will just allow you to go deeper and deeper. And because you’d been motivated in the past, you can find that motivation again.
Go ahead and consider a time in your past that you’ve been motivated to do something. I really don’t know what that particular thing is. But your unconscious does. When you find that time when you were motivated to do something, I want you to allow that motivation to build inside you so that right now you can imagine that level of motivation going. And then just double that again and then double that again. As you consider that pleasant memory from your past, the time that you feel motivated, and I don’t know if you can find an even more motivated time than that, allowing it to happen. You see as you focus your awareness on the motivation that’s already inside you, you can start to allow that motivation to build so that you can apply that motivation to any part of your life that you want.
I don’t know whether you can find another time that you felt motivated. You see often, as you consider the level of motivation that you want and how motivated you can become, so that you can start to focus on all the things that are important, that can drive you forward. That can drive you towards achieving that goal that you’ve got. So that you can feel the levels of motivation, your desire to have that. Get up and go to do the things that you need to do. And you really don’t need to consider all the things that could hold you back but you can consider all the things that can drive you forward. Allowing that motivation to build even more and more. So that sooner or later, you find yourself in that position where you’re motivated to do the things you want to do where you’re motivated to do all the things that you desire. And I really don’t know what those particular things are but your unconscious does. You see because as you start to trust your unconscious and allowing that part of you that controls that motivation inside you, to begin to build that motivation, when you build that motivation, you build that desire. You just need to allow it to happen. You see you really don’t need to think about it. You don’t need to speak. You just need to allow it to happen. Your unconscious mind can start to make the arrangements for that to happen now. And I don’t know whether you can allow that motivation to start building now. And I really don’t know when that motivation will start to build but your unconscious does, so that you can allow it to happen now.
I know you’re wondering how motivated you can become. I know you’re wondering when that motivation will start to build even more. So that sooner or later you realize that it’s already happening now. Go ahead and focus your awareness on your breathing. So that as you breathe in and all the way out, you can continue to relax with every out breath. You can remember times and places that you’ve been motivated in the past. I don’t know whether you feel that motivation in your chest or any other parts of your body. But when you start to consider times in your past that you’d been motivated, you can start to feel a particular sensation inside you, a certain sensation that allows you to know that motivation is inside you already. So that you can start to connect with that feeling. Start to allow that motivation to build all the way up because as that motivation builds, you can start to apply it to all the areas in your life that you’d like to apply that motivation to. And I don’t know whether you want to be motivated to exercise or whether you want to be motivated to achieve your goals or whether you want to be motivated to break a habit. All of a sudden you can find yourself doing things automatically without even thinking about it. And there’s been times in the past possibly that you’ve found yourself doing something that you don’t even know that you knew how to do it. You see that unconscious part of you can just start to make things happen all by itself. And you can allow that to happen.
You see when you focus on certain things that make you feel a certain way that you want to feel, it becomes easy for that motivation just to appear all by itself. It becomes easier to do all the things that you enjoy. It becomes easy to move towards that goal. Move towards the pleasure of achieving that goal. All of a sudden you start to find that your motivation levels increase more and more. And the more motivated you become, the more it drives you towards that goal, towards achieving that particular thing that you want to achieve. I really don’t know what you want to achieve but what I do know is that you can be motivated. You can allow that motivation to build, allowing it to happen all by itself so that you can start to trust your unconscious. Consider all the things that you need to consider. And perhaps that can start to happen right now. So that suddenly you find yourself with all the motivation that you need, almost instantly. Maybe even immediately. But sooner or later, you’ll realize that it’s happening all by itself. That’s right. You really should allow it to happen. You really should discover for yourself that that motivation is inside you already. You see, as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice, continue to focus your attention in all the things that are important, all the things that you’d like to apply this motivation to, knowing that you can apply it to whatever you want. And as this motivation starts to build, so that over the days, the weeks and even the months ahead you start to feel that level of motivation that you desire. You start to feel the way that you want to feel. So that you can move forward in the direction that you want to move in. And you won’t even need to think about it. It will happen all by itself. All you need to do is allow your unconscious to make all those arrangements inside. Your unconscious can begin those arrangements, building that motivation, building the desire allowing it to happen. You see because as you dream at night, and in those dreams, sometimes you may not even remember your dreams. But people do dream. So that as you dream, you can allow your unconscious to make all the arrangements to build that motivation inside you. And you can continue to build it. So that it’s there whenever you need it. Relaxing all the way down.
You may want to consider right now a time in your future, possibly even a month’s time, two month’s time or even three month’s time. Seeing yourself over there with the level of motivation that you want. Seeing yourself in six month’s time and how motivated you are now. Or even in year’s time, two year’s time. Knowing that the motivation’s already there driving you forward. You felt there was a motivation in the past which means you can feel all the levels of motivation that you need in the future, allowing it to happen. See in a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 5. And when I count from 1 to 5, you’ll start to feel the energy build and you’ll allow yourself to re-orientate back into the room, when you count to 5. So that you come back into the room feeling relaxed, refreshed and absolutely fantastic. 1, 2, 3, and on 5 you’ll open your eyes wide awake feeling fine, in perfect health. Feeling refreshed and absolutely fantastic. 4 and 5.

Making yourself comfortable when people can often faint comfort. Clear your thoughts. Calm your mind and close your eyes. And as you breathe in, breathe in pleasant memories. Focus your awareness on your eyes and just relax your eyes. Allow the relaxation to flow all the way down. Down to your legs, all the way down to your toes. I wonder how relaxed you can become now. And as you listen to the sound of my voice your mind may wonder. And as your mind wonders, my voice will go over there. My voice will help you to go deeper and deeper.
You can rest assured that you’re safe wherever you are in a comfortable position. You see, I’m speaking to your conscious mind but I’m also speaking to your unconscious mind. The unconscious part of you that controls your blinking, controls your breathing, controls your heartbeat. You see, consciously you’re aware of everything I’m saying. Your conscious mind is only capable of dealing with seven plus or minus two pieces of information at the same time. Your unconscious mind can deal with an infinite amount of information all at the same time. And it’s this unconscious part of you that controls your habits, controls your behaviors and controls your emotions.
So I want you to go ahead right now and just bring up your book of time, and in that book of time you can project yourself forward to a future mainly or you can flip the pages back. You see, as you flip the pages all the way back, back to a time that you first learned numbers. Now that time, you had to consider whether a 6 was an upside-down 9 and the 9 was an upside-down 6. While letters, whether a b was a backwards d or a d was a backwards b. You see, now you don’t even need to think about that. You don’t need to think about numbers. You don’t need to think about letters. You may even remember a time that you first learned to ride a bike. At first, it seemed like a difficult task and then as time went on, it became easier and easier. Or tying your shoelaces. You see you do it unconsciously. You don’t need to think about it. You just do it. Or even taking a step forward, you don’t need to think whether you move your left foot first or your right foot first. These are all unconscious processes and you just find that it happens automatically. You see right now, there’s a number of things that you want to consider. A number of things that you want to change and you’ve tried to change these things consciously but your conscious mind isn’t the part of you that can allow these changes to take place. Because consciously you’ve tried in the past and failed and you’ve not been able to do it. You’ve maybe used will power and tried to stop overeating on certain things, tried to control certain cravings and you found that you’ve not been able to do it.
But right now as we speak to your unconscious mind, I need to ask your unconscious mind to start to make all the arrangements inside right now so that you can eliminate those cravings. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating certain foods. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating chocolate. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating cakes. I don’t know whether you want to stop eating sweets. But your unconscious does. And your unconscious can make all these arrangements right now so that you start to feel different of all these particular things you don’t want to eat. You see because when you don’t desire them anymore and you just find that you don’t even need to think about them, you find that you feel different about these particular foods that you don’t want to eat. You find that you’d gain that control that you want. It’s all about gaining that control so that you can walk past those particular foods and not even think about them. You just have no desire for them. I’m sure you remember a time in your past, a particular time where you possibly changed your eating habits. And that maybe a long time ago, a particular time that for some reason you didn’t eat a particular food and then you found as you grew older, you’d begun to
enjoy in that particular food. You see, all of a sudden when you decide something and you allow that to happen, you just find that you don’t need to use will power anymore because it can just happen all by itself. Your unconscious mind can make the arrangements so that you no longer desire the things that don’t serve
you. So that it becomes more important that you move in the direction you want to move in. If you can start to trust your unconscious, so that you can have the mental clarity that you require, so that you can consider all the things that you need to consider.
You see as your unconscious makes the arrangements inside, the more you find that it becomes an automatic process. Almost like learning something and finding out later on that consciously you weren’t even aware that you’d even learned something until you find yourself doing it automatically. And I’m sure there’s been a time that you’ve found yourself reciting the words of a particular song you never really learned the words. Or even times that you have to give somebody your phone number and you really don’t need to remember it consciously because it just comes out. You just remember it automatically. So that you can allow whatever needs to happen to happen. So that you can focus your awareness on that part that controls you eating all these things that you don’t want to eat. So that you can just cut out certain things that are no longer appropriate. You’re no longer to feel that you have to crave particular things. You can just let your unconscious to eliminate these cravings. Your unconscious can make the arrangements to eliminate these cravings. You see you’ve cut out many things in your past you just decide you can do without anymore. Know that when you make that decision consciously, some things when you do it consciously, it can be a difficult process because you start to use the process of will power when your unconscious makes the arrangements, you don’t even need to think about it. You don’t need to consider it. It just happens by itself and you really should allow it happen. You really should discover for yourself that things can happen automatically. And we want this to happen now. You can allow it to happen. You see as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice and you start to trust your unconscious to make all these arrangements, so that the next time you hear my voice, you just take a deep breath and you just relax down even more. So that right now go ahead and allow your unconscious to just consider all the things that you need to consider inside now.
As you breathe in and all the way out, considering who you are right now is worth more than everything you have considered inside and every way and beyond. And aside from that, deserve that now. That’s right. Just consider that. Consider it fully. On the inside and even on the outside, you see you may be aware of certain sounds in the room or even certain sounds outside. And I really don’t know what you’re sensing right now. But your unconscious knows exactly what you’re sensing. So that you find that your unconscious having made all the adjustments inside, you can feel completely different. When you think about these particular things that you may be craving or you may desire and you really don’t need to have them. You can just find that you have no desire for them. Just like you have no desire for certain things that you don’t want. Just like you have no desire for certain things that don’t serve you. You see there’s been many times in your past that you’ve just decided enough is enough. You no longer desire something. Once you’ve made that decision, you make that decision from the inside not from the outside, which means it happens. And because you make that decision a person can allow it to happen. You really should allow it to happen. You see consciously, you may make that decision whilst unconsciously your unconscious can make all the arrangements. So that sooner or later you realize that it’s already happened. And I wonder if you realize that your unconscious is making the arrangements yet. So that you may become aware of certain things. You feel different. And you can imagine how things can be different so when you consider four weeks from now and even six weeks from now or six months from now, you can start to imagine right now how things can be different what’s it like when that change is already taking place. You can imagine being there right now and looking back when you serve the way you used to be. What would it be like? Then you can allow yourself to experience that now so that you can start to imagine how you feel. Really imagine how you feel.
You really should let it happen all by itself. You see because as you consider all the things, they can make a difference to you right now and how important certain things are. Your unconscious can start to deal with all these things that can make a difference. Now I’m sure you remember a time where something was on
your mind. Possibly a time that you’ve had a dream and in that dream something happens. All of a sudden you could be doing something the next day and this thought comes into your mind. You start to actually wonder if it was a dream or if it actually happened. You see, your unconscious can make all the arrangements right now so that you just feel different. You just feel as if those particular things you used to crave don’t really matter. You have no desire for them whatsoever. You have no desire for all the things that don’t help you achieve your goal. You see, I don’t know what particular things you want to cut out but your
unconscious knows exactly what you want to cut out. You see consciously you’re aware of everything, one by one, that you want to cut out. And you can allow your unconscious mind to just cut them out now so that you have no desire for them whatsoever. Just allow yourself to consider that fully, consider who you are
that’s worth more than only everything you have considered and see it in every way. And I say from that, deserve that. Know it because you can be a better person you want to be.
Consider it fully. Trust in your unconscious so that you can have that mental clarity. You can become aware of certain changes whenever you want. You see as you continue to listen to the sound of my voice you can start to wonder about certain things that you want to wonder about. And that state of wonderment is a wonderful state. But all those things that you’re becoming aware of right now, I wonder how much of that you can remember to forget the things that you can remember. You see you can even wonder what I said 5 minutes ago. You can even wonder what I said 10 minutes ago. You can even wonder how long or how short you’d been listening to me right now. Your unconscious knows that there’s only certain things that are important. You see because in a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 5. And on the count of 5, you can allow yourself to re-orientate back into the room but only after the count of 5. So I’ll go ahead and count
right now. You start to feel the energy building. Knowing that when I count from 1 to 5, on the count of 5 you can take all the time you need to re-orientate back into the room. Coming back into the room feeling refreshed, relaxed, absolutely fantastic. 1, 2, 3. Allowing the energy to build up. 4, 5. Taking all the time you need to allow those eyes to flutter open whenever you’re ready.

So go ahead and find a comfortable position. Clear your thoughts and calm your mind and take a slow, deep breath. Close your eyes and just relax. You can focus your attention on your breathing so that with every out breath you can relax all the way down. You may be aware of certain sensations inside. I don’t know if you’re aware of certain sounds inside the room or even outside the room. As you focus your attention in all those things around you, you can start to become comfortable and relaxed. People can often find the time to relax. You see, as you focus on that relaxation, you can start to relax all the way down. You can focus your attention in different parts of your body. You can start to relax now. So go ahead and focus your attention on your forehead. As you focus your attention on your forehead, take a deep breath and relax your forehead. And then go ahead and focus your attention on your eyes and just relax those eyes. Focusing your attention on the muscles in those eyes and relaxing them all the way down. Allow that relaxation to flow all the way down to your toes.
Go ahead and take another deep breath and allow yourself to relax. Become aware of that feeling of relaxation inside you. Focus your attention on your throat and just relax your throat. And focus your attention on your shoulders and just relax those shoulders, becoming aware of the sensation in those shoulders and relaxing them all the way down. Allow that relaxation to flow from your shoulders all the way down your arms and to your hands and then relax your hands. I don’t know if your left hand can feel more relaxed than your right hand, or your right hand can feel more relaxed than your left hand. I really don’t know. You can become aware of those hands becoming more and more relaxed. You see, the more you focus on that relaxation, the more you can relax those hands, or in fact, any other part of your body you can become aware of right now.
Focus your awareness on your chest and just relax your chest. Find yourself becoming more and more relaxed and realize how relaxed you can become. You can remember how to relax. You can notice certain sensations as you begin to relax. Focus your attention on your stomach and relax your stomach. Relax your back. Allow that relaxation to flow slowly downwards. Feel your back become relaxed. Relax every muscle, every fiber. Allow those muscles and fibers to become loose and then completely relaxed. And then relax your hips. Relax your thighs. Focus your attention on your knees and just relax your knees. Relax your calves, your shins. Relax your feet. Become aware of all the sensations on your feet right now. Become aware of where your feet are resting. You may want to focus your attention on your toes and just relax your toes.
As you become more and more relaxed, as your mind wanders, my voice will go with you because my voice will just help you to relax even more, help you to go deeper and deeper still. You may even wonder if you can go into a light trance, a medium trance, or even a deep trance now. You see, in a moment I’m going to count down from 10 all the way down to 1. With each descending number, I want you to double your level of relaxation so that when I get all the way down to 1, you are going to feel so relaxed. You can just allow it to happen. You see, you really don’t need to think about it. You don’t even need to speak. You don’t need to move. You can just relax all the way down. 10. Deeper and deeper relaxed. 9. Deeper and deeper. 8, 7. All the way down. 6, 5. Deeper and deeper relaxed. 8, 7, 9. Deeper and deeper still. 8, 7. Allow yourself to go deeper and deeper all the way down. 6, 5, 4. Drifting down. 3. All the way down. 2. Down even more. 1.
That’s right. Just allowing whatever has to happen to happen. You don’t need to think of anything as you relax. As you imagine yourself completely relaxed. You’ve been relaxed many times in your past. You may even remember being relaxed. I don’t know whether it was last night or the previous night, last week, or even sometime today or tonight. You see, as you begin to relax, you can clear all your thoughts. You can let go of all the thoughts you need to let go off right now. You can feel comfortable and you can relax and allow yourself to enjoy the level of relaxation that you require. You see, in a moment I want you to project yourself to an ideal place of relaxation of your choice. I don’t know whether it would be a beach. I don’t know whether it would be a mountain. I don’t know whether it would be a garden. In fact, I don’t know where it would be at all. Just let your unconscious mind present you with a particular place. It could be a past holiday. It could be a picture you’ve seen. It could be a dream location. You can do whatever you want in your imagination.
You see, your unconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what isn’t so you can do whatever you want right now. So go ahead and project yourself to an ideal place of relaxation. I’ll count from 1 to 3 and the next time you hear my voice, you’ll just take one deep breath and you relax even further. 1, 2, 3. Project yourself to your ideal place of relaxation now.
As you breathe in and all the way out. That’s right. And you can feel really relaxed now. You really should allow yourself to relax so that you can relieve yourself of any tension, any stress. You really should discover for yourself that you can relax just almost anytime you want. I know you want to relax at times and you just need to allow it to happen. You see, the more you relax, the more you can feel comfortable. The more comfortable you feel, the more relaxed you become. That’s right. Just consider all the things that you need to consider in this relaxed state of mind. You can allow your unconscious mind to drift in and to drift out. You can even wonder if the sound of my voice is coming from the left or coming from the right, coming from in front of you or even behind you. You can even wonder what I said three minutes ago or five minutes ago. You can become aware of certain things that are important to remember but you can remember everything that’s important.
You see, I’m speaking to your conscious mind. I’m also speaking to your conscious mind, that part of you that controls all your emotions, all your hobbies, all your behaviours. The part of you that can allow you to relax so that you can recharge those batteries and you can feel good inside. It’s important that you relax every so often so that you can feel revitalized, refreshed. You can allow that to happen. This feeling of relaxation can begin to spread all the way from your head, all the way down to your toes. Allowing whatever has to happen to happen all by itself. You can start to wonder what it’s like when you can just relax anytime of the day, anytime of the night. You can just pretend that you know how to do that. You see, you really don’t need to think about it. I don’t know if you can relax even further. You see, as you listen to the sound of my voice, you can become aware of certain sounds around you. You can even become aware of your own breathing. You can even become aware of your heart beating. You see, there’s lots of sensations that you can become aware of that you weren’t aware of a few minutes ago. I’m sure that you’re now aware right now about the feeling in your right toe, or even in your left toe. Now you need to be aware of a feeling in those toes or any other sensation inside your body that can allow you to just relax. Relax and enjoy whatever you need to enjoy. You see, because when you’re calm and you’ve cleared your thoughts and you relax, as you relax that body, you can start to relax your mind.
You can continue to relax that mind so that with every out breath you can continue to relax a minute from now going deeper and deeper still. So that over the days and the weeks and even the months ahead, you start to find that time to just relax. Stay calm. Take one deep breath. You see, anytime in the future you feel yourself being a certain way that you don’t want to feel. I want you to remember to take one deep breath. Take a slow, deep breath. As you take that slow, deep breath, I want you to remember the last time when you were particularly relaxed so that you can relax almost immediately just as you are just now. And you can allow that to happen now.
I don’t know if you want to continue to relax for sometime or if you want to reorientate yourself back to the room. What I do know is that you can have this state of relaxation whenever you want to just partake in one deep breath. You see, in a moment I’m going to count from 1 to 5. On the count of 5, you can allow those eyes to open. You can reorientate yourself back into the room feeling alert, refreshed, relaxed, feeling absolutely fantastic. Feeling as if you’ve had just the right amount of sleep you need to have because you can come back from it really refreshed. 1, 2, 3. When I count to 5, allowing those eyes to feeling refreshed, relaxed, feeling absolutely fantastic. 4. Allowing the energy to go all the way up. And 5. All the way back. Feeling refreshed, alert, feeling absolutely fantastic.

So go ahead and close your eyes and focus on your breathing. As you breathe in and all the way out, only as quickly as you can begin to relax every muscle, every fiber. So as you focus on my voice, you start to relax even further. Know that the deeper you go, the better you feel. And the better you
feel, the deeper you go. So that with every out breath you start to relax even further. You start to become aware certain sensations inside and outside. Now that you’re safe when you’re on the chair and you’re aware of certain sounds around you, possibly inside the room and even outside the
room. Know that that feeling of relaxation can flow slowly all the way downwards from your eyes, all the way down to your feet. And as you continue to relax and become more aware of certain other sensations inside you, I’m going to count down from ten to one, and with every descending count, I want you to go deeper and deeper, relaxing every muscle and every fiber. 10. Deeper and deeper. 9. 8. 7. 6. Deeper and deeper. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. Just letting go of every fiber, every muscle. Loosen, completely relax. So that right now you can focus on your shoulders and just relax your shoulders. Relax your chest. Then focus your awareness on your arms and just relax your arms all the way down. You might even wonder whether your left arm is heavier than your right arm or if your right arm’s lighter than your left arm. Know that if your right arm is heavier than your left arm, your left arm’s left exactly where it is. So that right now you can begin to become curious of what sensations are in those arms or in those hands whether one hand is warmer than the other or one hand’s cooler than the other.
You see, I really don’t know what you’re sensing just now but inside you you’re sensing something. So that with that growing sense of comfort you can start to relax even further. That’s right. All the way down. So that as you scan your body and find the part that feels most relaxed—whether it’s your hands, your feet, your legs. Know that some parts of you feel more relaxed than the rest. So that for a moment you can just identify and focus on that. As you do that, you can continue to breathe and feel that relaxation spread. I wonder what else you discover as you allow that feeling of relaxation to spread through your body. That’s right. From the top of your head all the way down your neck, shoulders. You can really feel that happening right now as you continue to drift. And you really don’t have to do anything. You just sit comfortably listening to the sound of my voice and it’s a good thing you’re able to relax all the way down. Know that every time you relax you can have a wonderful sensation inside. You see, when you start to wonder about that feeling that you want. You start to imagine all the things that will be different in your life when you have that feeling that you really want. Know that that feeling of confidence is inside you already. Know that at some stage in your life, you’ve been confident in the past. Know that you can be confident again and you really don’t need to think about it. It can just happen.
So that right now you can start to elicit back to things in your past or things in the last few days or whenever as though you were absolutely confident. Confident of being able to do anything that you can be confident about. And you really don’t need to know what to ask because there’s times that you’ve been confident whether that’s driving or riding a bike or switching a light on. That confidence is already inside you. And I wonder if you actually realize that that confidence can start to build right now because sooner or later that can begin to happen. So that you can allow your conscious to just do that. You can start to trust your unconscious. Trust your unconscious to go back to a time in your past, a pleasant time, a pleasant memory, a time that you’ve been confident. Allow that feeling of confidence to build with that growing sense of comfort inside you. So that then you can start to apply that level of confidence in every aspect of your life. You can start to turn up this level of confidence. You can start to imagine that as you walk about, you’re taller than everybody else, almost that you can imagine your 8 ft. tall, and imagine how confident you’ll feel if you’re towering up over everybody else. You see, in your imagination, you can do whatever you like. So that as you start to trust your unconscious and you start to move in the direction that you want to move in, you start to feel that confidence spreading inside. So that you can allow that to happen now and you won’t even need to think about it. You won’t need to breathe. You won’t need to speak. You just think. Things start to happen automatically. That can remind you of times in your past that you’ve learned something and you don’t even know you knew that until you found yourself reciting that song or reciting a certain number. Or even the time that people ask you for your phone number you just give them your phone number automatically. You see, it comes from your unconscious, not from your conscious mind. Even though consciously you’re aware of every single word I’m saying right now, I’m speaking to your own conscious so that in a moment you can even just relax further. Allow your unconscious to… Just keep on listening to the sound of my voice. I really don’t know how relaxed you can actually become right now. I don’t know what else is on your mind right now, but whatever’s on your mind as your mind wanders, my voice will go with you because my voice will just help you to go deeper and deeper. And as you go deeper and deeper, the more you begin to relax. The more you begin to become more comfortable, the more you begin to allow your unconscious to do what it needs to do inside. That sensation inside that you start to connect with right now. So that as you breathe in and all the way out.
You see, a person can, you know, become comfortable and relaxed. A person can, you know, also become confident. Know that whatever level of relaxation you’ve got just now, you can be confident that you can relax even further because that level of confidence is already inside you somewhere and that feeling. You see, as you remember the times that you’ve been confident, you can take those times. You can imagine what it was like. You can see what you see, hear what you hear, feel what feel. So you can notice that feeling inside the sensation. You can focus your awareness on that. So that you begin to realize that feeling inside you right now. You just need to let it build and grow just like you’ve grown to where you are today. You see, at one stage you were obviously a lot younger and you’ve grown up. And as you continue to grow, you can allow that confidence to build as you begin to learn new things and notice everything that’s going on around you. So that you remember the times of confidence in the past and I know you’re wondering what those times really are. But you know you can find confident times and I know that you know you can find an even more confident time than the time that you’ve got right now. What would it be like if you had that level of confidence you really want? You can just pretend that you’ve got that right now. It’s as if that confidence was always there and was just waiting to open itself up. And you can experience it as if it’s really happening right now. You see, in your imagination you can experience exactly what you want. And consciously while you’re mind listens to exactly what I’m saying, your unconscious can just take all this information on board so that you can start to trust your unconscious. Sooner or later that’s going to happen. And I wonder if you realize that it’s already happening right now. You see, because sometimes you don’t even know that it’s happening. So that that sensation inside can continue to build day by day, week by week.
So that over the days, the weeks and even the months ahead, your unconscious starts to process all the information that’s going through your mind right now, taking you in that direction, leading you to that path of infinite confidence, allowing you to just have the level of confidence that you need whether you need that confidence in your personal life and your business life or in any task and every single task that you’re going to do. So that as you walk around with an air of confidence you feel good inside. Know that it’s that feeling that’s important to you and you really should allow yourself to feel the way you want to feel. And I know you want to feel that way. And I want you to really imagine what that would be like because you really should discover for yourself that
wonderful feeling of confidence and really consider it and allow yourself to discover it fairly. Allow it to happen. Perhaps you can just start to allow that feeling to build. Suddenly you realize that you’re getting more and more confident with every out breath, and as you walk around, you instantly find
an abundance of confidence that you can use whenever you want.
You see, in a moment, I’m going to allow you to just trust your unconscious and allow whatever
comes up to come up and I’ll be silent, and when you next hear my voice, my voice won’t startle you. You just relax and go deeper just so you can allow your unconscious to build on that level of confidence. Know that there’s times, numerous times you’ve been confident. You can just allow it to
start happening now so that you can begin that process now.
So go ahead and take a deep breath now. And I want you to think of a place of relaxation, a sanctuary for you. And then this place of relaxation it can be any place that can help you relax. Possibly it’s a place you’ve visited before or it’s somewhere that you’re creating your imagination. It doesn’t really matter as long as it’s somewhere that you can relax and you feel comfortable. Perhaps it’s on a beach. Perhaps it’s a garden or anywhere that you can relax completely. Maybe it’s some place you’ve seen pictures of or somewhere you’ve imagined. So that as you project yourself to this place of sanctuary right now you feel safe, comfortable, relaxed. But just over there, you see some sort of path or some sort of gateway. I really don’t know which one it is but you see something over there. You see, I want you to follow that path or that gateway because if you follow that path, you follow that gateway, there’s something there for you. You see, I’m going to count down from ten to one. As we get closer to one, you get closer to that special place that’s there for you. 10. 9. 8. 7. All the way. 6. 5. 4. 3. 2. 1. So that you can imagine that you’re there right now. You start to look around and you start to notice certain things that attract your attention. Know that your unconscious has got some sort of gift for you. So that as you look around, your attention is drawn across to something, something in particular. And I really don’t know what that is but your unconscious does. You see, as you move towards this particular thing and you start to investigate a little bit further, you notice that it could be some sort of symbol, representation, or whatever that is that’s there. But you start to become curious as to what it really means. And I really don’t know what’s there but something’s there for you. And you can look at it. You can examine it. You can imagine what it is and what it could do and you can wonder and allow your unconscious to just really elicit what that really means in terms of this confidence that’s inside you. And how would you represent that confidence in the form of a symbol, a picture, a representation, a feeling? So that you can have that mental clarity and gain that control that you need to have. And you can scan the area once more and notice everything else around you. Is there anything else that draws your attention? Is there anything else that you’re focusing on at the moment? Because as you begin to focus on all these things, You really should allow your unconscious to consider all this carefully and fairly because you know you’re ready to have that life that you deserve, full of confidence. So that when that feeling of confidence comes up every now and again, you know exactly how you can react to that feeling and you can allow it to build. And you can really experience that right now. You see, because from now on, you’re going to have that feeling of confidence inside you trailing around coming up every so often just to remind you that it’s always there and you can use that confidence whenever you want. Know that you’re confident that you can do all the things that you need to do. Know that all the things you’re confident of doing right now you can apply that confidence in any area of your life at all without even thinking about it. Sooner or later, you allow it begin to happen now. You see, because in a moment and just imagine seeing yourself in the future with that level of confidence you need.
Know that I’m going to count from one to five. You can allow those eyes to open. You can allow yourself to reorient back in the room feeling refreshed, relaxed, but most of all full of confidence and absolutely fantastic. Know that when those eyes open, you have an air of confidence around you and you can really smile and say to yourself and know that that confidence is building right now. And over the days, the weeks, and even the months ahead, that’s going to continue—that confidence that you’ve got. 1. 2. 3. Know that on 5 you can allow those eyes to open, reoriented back into the room with an air of confidence feeling absolutely refreshed, relaxed, absolutely fantastic. 4 and 5. So go ahead and close those eyes all the way down. You see, because as you close those eyes, there’s a feeling inside you that’s happening right now and I really don’t know what that feeling is but your unconscious does. Know that your unconscious controls all your emotions. Know that your unconscious controls your blinking. So that when you begin to have the mental clarity that you need,
you start to move in the right direction. You see, right now you can imagine how relaxed you can become. You can calm your mind and have certain thoughts that can allow you to relax even further. And you really don’t need to think of anything but you really should concentrate on what’s important inside you right now. You see, those sensations that are going on inside, I really don’t know what they mean but your unconscious does. Know that your unconscious is there to protect
you. Your unconscious is there to guide you in the right direction. You see, consciously you might be aware of every single word I’m saying, but your unconscious is what really matters inside.
So go ahead and take that deep breath all the way in and then all the way out so that with every out breath you start to relax even further. You can imagine you’re at a place that you can relax. You could even call it the relaxation room, and in your imagination you can create that room right now. You see, throughout your life you’ve relaxed at certain times. Know that that relaxation can continue. You can imagine how relaxed you can become so that you can focus on what’s important and you really should allow that to happen. You really should. You really should allow your unconscious to consider everything that needs to consider. And you really should allow yourself to focus on that awareness inside, the sensations that are going on right now and your body right now. And I really don’t know where that is, whether it’s in your arms, your chest, stomach, even your legs or your feet or your head. But you can relax every single muscle and fiber inside. So that as you begin to relax, you calm your mind and really focus on all the things that are important in your life. You see, because as you begin to focus on all those important things in your life, you start to feel different about all the things you need to feel different about. So that you can start to change all the things that you want to change and you can do that in an instance. You can remember times in your past, pleasant times that you’ve learned things in the past and you just remember them automatically. For some of us we can remember times that we learned to ride a bike and now we do it unconsciously or tie your shoelaces or any of the things that seem like a large task at the time and now you don’t even think about it. Even walking at the moment. You don’t need to consider whether you put your life for whatever you just do what you need to do. You just trust your unconscious to allow you to walk, allow you to run, allow you to all the things that you do right now. So that you really allow it to happen as you begin to consider all the things that really mattered inside. Just trust your unconscious and trust what comes in and what comes out. You see, because as those thoughts drift in and drift out, you can begin to attach all those thoughts to certain feelings inside. You can wonder what they really mean and become curious and allow your unconscious to deliver that message. Whether it’s consciously, whether it’s in a dream or whether it’s over the next hour, the days, or even the weeks ahead, it really doesn’t matter. But you really should allow it to happen. Allow yourself to have that mental clarity that you need so that as you begin to wonder and become
curious about all those symbols and all those feelings, your imagination is what powers you forward right now. You see, in your imagination you can accomplish anything you want to accomplish. You don’t even need to think about it. You don’t need to speak and you don’t even need to breathe. You see, right now you can just forget about your breathing altogether just like when you’re sleeping you don’t need to remember to breathe because it happens automatically.
You see, your unconscious controls your blood flow, controls your heartbeat. It works 24 hours a day. It’s the most powerful computer on this planet. Your conscious mind on the other hand can only deal with seven plus or minus two pieces of information at the same time. In other words, if I gave you a series of colors, let’s say I get to name nine colors or ten and ask you to repeat them. You tend to find the most people who start to forget the sequence of the colors. So that right now, all you need to do is remember what’s important because you can forget everything that’s not relevant and remember to forget all the things that you need to remember so that you can forget to remember what you need to forget right now. You can even start to wonder what I said a few minutes ago. Wonder if any of those actually make sense because at some level, consciously you’re listening to every word. But your unconscious knows exactly where that change needs to come from. Your unconscious knows exactly what you need to do. Your unconscious knows exactly what you need to feel. And at some level, you really know exactly what you want to feel and allow it to happen. Trust the process. Connect with what you need to connect with. Allow yourself to have that mental clarity so that all those sensations and feelings inside you can really build right now. You see, you owe it to yourself to allow that to happen because you don’t need to listen to all the other things around you that don’t make any sense or even all the things around you that may make sense but they don’t
support you because your unconscious is there to take you in the direction that you need to go and you really should listen to that. That’s right. You really should listen to that. Allow that sensation to build and focus on it for a moment. Just focus on it for a moment. That’s right. What does that really
mean? What does that really mean? All that information that your unconscious is processing right now. You can allow your unconscious to carry on processing this information over the next number of minutes, hours, and hours. Know that sometime this evening, your unconscious can give you that gift that you really want. So that you know things are beginning to change. That’s right. You see, because the choice is yours right now. As this process continues, you can allow yourself to drift off into a comfortable sleep if you’re at that time of the day or else you can allow yourself to reorient back into the room and you’ll be feeling refreshed relaxed, feeling absolutely fantastic. Know that something’s going on and continuing. And you can really allow that feeling to build up. Just allow yourself to let it happen. That’s right. Just let it happen. So that if you’re reoriented back into your room, you can come back into the room, allowing those eyes to open, feeling refreshed, relaxed, absolutely fantastic.
